So Who is William Jacob Raak?

by Scott Creighton

As one of the nations that prompted the Truman Doctrine, Turkey is one of the first countries to participate in Operation Gladio and, some say, the only country where it has not been purged.[45]

William Jacob Raak being whisked out of Turkey

A reader (David H.) gave me a little head’s up on a part of a story involving the New Year’s Eve Istanbul shooting at the Reina nightclub. It involved an American “victim” of the shooting, William Jacob Raak, and his less than convincing interviews.

Raak is a military contractor of sorts and his LinkedIn follow page is a veritable “who’s who” of big league Pentagon contractors. He is listed as the president of something called TECH Manufacturing Corp which is a sheet metal fabrication shop in Sharon Hill, Penn. On their Manta page Erick Raak is listed as the “owner”. Probably William’s father. They also have this statement: “Established in 1952 TECH Manufacturing, Corp. is a leading manufacturer of sheet metal and machined items for the aerospace and medical industries. Additionally, TECH Manufacturing, Corp. assists in the manufacturing of rotorcraft, electronic and defense systems, missiles, UAV’s and a diverse array of small medical components and devices.” The business website, www.techmanufacturingcorp.com, seems to be a dead link. The Manta page is maintained by Jake Raak. Jacob.

Jake Raak says he was shot in the leg by one of the assailants. The bullet supposedly hit his cell phone and then traveled down his hip to his knee. Here he is the night he was shot. This is when he said there were multiple shooters but he only saw the one. In the videos below you can see that interview as well as one he gave as he was being whisked out of the country by some handlers. Both videos are highly suspect in that his behavior is quite odd.

Here is Jake Raak being whisked out of the country with an odd look on his face.

Here he is smiling during his interview as he’s being whisked out of the country. He’s talking about the 7 friends of his who were also shot, according to Raak. And he can’t seem to stop smiling.

Interestingly, during the interview he says he would return to Turkey someday “when it’s not so dangerous”.

The terror attack at the popular nightclub was clearly an attempt to hurt Turkey’s tourism industry. Most of the victims were tourists. So Raak’s statement seems custom made to suit that end.

Here is a photo you aren’t going to see that much of in regards to this story. It’s Jake Raak in the back of that ambulance. He’s just said he was shot in the leg and his 7 friends were also shot. He’s been addressed by first responders and placed on a gurney for transport to the hospital.

Jake Raak has a wound in his leg, near his femoral artery, from an AK-47 and has already been aided by first responders and loaded into an ambulance for transport… and he is wearing what appears to be a New Year’s Eve scrunchie on his leg and NOTHING ELSE has been done to him. A scrunchie. Still on his leg.

They haven’t cut his pant’s leg to see if he is bleeding internally. They haven’t done any sort of field dressing on his wound. Nope. None of that. They simply put him on a gurney, along with his scrunchie, and wheeled him to the ambulance where everyone seem content to work on other things like getting out of there, instead of working on the guy with an AK-47 gunshot wound to his femur.

Why did they grab this guy right off the bat who’s only apparent injury is his scrunchie while dozens of others lay bleeding out on the nightclub floor?

Are these the worst first responders in Turkey or is this just his get away ride?

According to reports, the assailants got away by dropping their weapons, changing clothes and blending in with the victims either by fleeing the nightclub on their own… or laying down and pretending to be victims.

I’ve put together a couple videos done by others addressing the Raak situation. You can find them below the break.

Terror attacks not independent from incidents in our region: President Erdoğan

(Destabilization subcontractors? Who does that sound like?)

from Hurriyet Daily

Attacks perpetrated by terrorist organizations in Turkey are not independent from incidents happening in the region, President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan said after a gun attack at a nightclub in Istanbul on Jan. 1.

In a written statement, Erdoğan vowed that Turkey was “determined to do whatever is necessary in the region to maintain the security and peace of Turkish citizens.”

“We are aware that these attacks carried out by different terrorist organizations targeting our citizens are not independent from incidents happening in our region. We are determined to destroy the attacks and threats against our country from its root,” he said.

Those who are targeting Turkey’s peace and their subcontractors are aiming to destabilize our country, demoralize our people and create chaos,” he added.

Understanding this Weekend’s Kurdish Terror Attacks in Turkey and the Wave of New McCarthyism

by Scott Creighton

The greatest threat to the well-being of the United States and the rest of humanity is the out of control and desperate post 9/11 “Capitalism’s Invisible Army” (CIA) armed with their proxy mercenary armies (Kurds and Kurd”ISIS”), “moderate” terrorists (Free Syrian Army), al-Qaeda off-shoots (al-Nusra) and seemingly endless piles of unregulated cash (thanks to congress and all that heroin we are cultivating over in Afghanistan).

Contrary to popular belief, the Greater Kurdistan project is not dead on arrival. The recent defeat of Hillary Clinton (and her minions of global instability) in the recent U.S. presidential election caused ripples of concern throughout the ranks of the CIA’s “moderate” terrorist cottage industry in the Middle East. However, these animals didn’t’ crawl away to lick their wounds. Instead, like wounded predators, they are pressing forward in a fevered pitch to rundown and feast on their prey before they become to weak to accomplish their task.

What’s happening in Syria, Turkey, Iraq and Iran is quite simple. One graphic makes it all very clear.

Qatar, our closest ally in the Middle East and financial backer of many of the “moderate” terrorists looking to force a regime change in Syria (interesting: Trump’s latest Sec. of State contender, Exxon CEO, has a vested interest in the Qatar LNG pipeline question as Exxon is the leading foreign investment partner to Qatar’s state-own LNG industry) along with Saudi Arabia have a very serious reason for wanting Assad to go and a more friendly regime to be installed in Turkey: total global hegemony in the future LNG market.

One of coup plot leaders was Clinton donor: Report

from Hurriyet Daily

One of the suspected leaders of the July 15 failed coup attempt, for whom an arrest warrant has been issued, was at the center of a group of suspicious 2014 contributions to a super political action committee (PAC) supporting Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton, according to an analysis by USA TODAY.

A company created by Adil Öksüz, who is believed to have ties to U.S.-based Islamic preacher Fethullah Gülen, made a $5,000 donation to the Ready for Hillary PAC…

“A company called Harmony Enterprises gave $5,000 to the PAC on June 27, 2014, campaign finance records show. Öksüz registered Harmony in New Jersey in 2010, according to state corporate records. It is the only campaign donation the company had ever made,”…

“The company website suggests it is a paper manufacturing business, but the address listed on the corporate records is a used-car lot on a highway in Lodi, N.J…

The donation was reportedly one of a half-dozen donations made to Ready PAC that same day totaling more than $62,000 from Turkish Americans in and around Lodi…

Most of the donors reportedly have clear ties to the Gülen movement.

Cross-party pro-democracy rally shows unity in Istanbul

(Condi Rice’s “New Middle East” suffered a major setback as the CIA moles have been driven out in the open and the opposition is coming together in Turkey in support of real democracy)

from TRT World

Millions of Turkish citizens gathered to attend a Democracy and Martyrs’ Rally led by President Recep Tayyip Erdogan in Yenikapi, on the European side of Istanbul, in a display of national solidarity against July 15’s failed coup attempt.

During the rally, President Erdogan said, “I would like to refer to martyrs and all those people who stood against tanks and these terrorists. I will like to commemorate them… we defended our country…

The leaders of Turkey’s main opposition parties – the secularist Republican Peoples’ Party (CHP) and the Nationalist Movement Party (MHP) – have also spoken at the rally, in a sign that long-standing political rifts may be healing in response to the failed coup…

Turkey’s President Erdogan Holds Gigantic Rally In Istanbul

(Perhaps “millions” showed up for this rally in support of the current elected government, the ruling party and the opposition who stood with them on the stage)

from Reuters

President Tayyip Erdogan told a rally of more than one million people on Sunday that July’s failed coup would be a milestone in building a stronger Turkey, defying Western criticism of mass purges and vowing to destroy those behind the putsch.

The “Democracy and Martyrs’ Rally” at the Yenikapi parade ground, built into the sea on the southern edge of Istanbul, was a show of strength by Erdogan, who has been angered by European criticism of his combative response to the coup and by U.S. reluctance to hand over the man he accuses of masterminding it.

Fallout From Turkey Coup Leaves Syria Rebels in the Lurch ( military leaders involved in support programs are now in jail )

(Ah. Everyone was blaming Erdogan for backing Obama’s “moderate” terrorists and “ISIS” in Syria while it was the CIA/NATO Gulenists all along. Got it. I wonder who’s been saying that all this time? Me? Oh yeah, it was me.)

from the WSJ

Some of the most intense fighting in the five-year Syrian war erupted after last month’s failed Turkish coup—and it is probably no coincidence.

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan was an early and indispensable backer of the uprising against President Bashar al-Assad’s regime. Since 2011, Turkey served as a rear base and supplier for a variety of Syrian rebel groups, including those on the Islamist fringe.

That support is now under threat. Many of the top Turkish military and intelligence officials involved in programs to assist the rebellion, including the commander of Turkey’s 2nd Army responsible for borders with Syria and Iraq, have been detained for alleged involvement in the July 15 putsch.

The generals who were leading the Turkey-Syria policy and the Turkish policy on Syrian Kurds are all in jail now, and we now see the crumbling of the Turkish security establishment,” said Gonul Tol, director of the Center for Turkish Studies at the Middle East Institute in Washington. “This makes Turkey very vulnerable and weak, and will make it less confrontational.”
