Dr Nabil Antaki, a Doctor in Aleppo, Condemns Corporate Media for Lies and Censorship

by Dr Nabil Antaki, from Hwaairfan’s Blog

“With regards to recent events in Aleppo, I state very clearly that the mainstream media are lying by omission. Since the beginning of the war in Aleppo that began 4 years ago, they have consistently failed to report all the facts.

All of us here in Aleppo are disgusted by their lack of impartiality and objectivity. They only ever talk about the loss of life in the east of Aleppo which is entirely controlled by Al Nusra, a terrorist group affiliated with Al Qaeda. These are their “moderate rebels” a title that affords them an unmerited degree of respectability.

This same media remains silent on the daily losses and suffering endured in the Western areas of Aleppo living under the rain of mortar fire from these terrorist factions.  This media never mentions the terrorist blockade upon our people or the electricity cuts and water shortages inflicted upon us by their “moderate rebels”

In the Name of Propaganda: RT’s Blatantly Dishonest Propaganda Piece About Turkey, “ISIS” and that Stolen Syrian Oil

by Scott Creighton

RT has outdone themselves when it comes to their ongoing propaganda campaign in pursuit of support for the Greater Kurdistan project.

The historical revisionism present in their latest “documentary”, In the Name of the Profit. Liberated Syrian Town Reveals ISIS Oil Trade Secrets, is simply stunning. It would put CNN and all their fake “news” videos to shame.

Their video opens with a Kurdish fighter talking to RT who admits he’s been in Syria “fighting ISIS” for “4 years”. That’s pretty amazing considering the fact that “ISIS” didn’t exist until 2014 ( on June 29, 2014  to be exact). I guess we were supposed to forget that.

However, what has been going on for four years is Kurdish militants taking land and resources from the Syrian government and claiming it for themselves.

“Last month, as the Free Syrian Army took over areas of the Syrian-Turkish border, a power vacuum emerged in northeastern Syria. It was not the Free Syrian Army that filled the vacuum, but instead the Syrian Kurdish Democratic Union Party (PYD), the most heavily armed Kurdish faction in Syria. In early August, the Wall Street Journal reported that “Kurdish political parties and paramilitary groups have almost completely usurped the Syrian state apparatus,” taking over municipal buildings and vital infrastructure, providing security, and controlling the distribution of resources.

Although the prospects for an independent state in Syrian Kurdistan remain dim, unprecedented Kurdish autonomy will likely result from the conflict. The implications extend beyond Syria’s borders as various governments and non-state actors have strong, and often conflicting, interests in the political fate of Syria’s Kurds and the territorial integrity of the Syrian state.

Turkey, Iraq, and Iran are alarmed by the prospects for greater Kurdish autonomy in Syria, primarily due to unresolved tensions with their own Kurdish communities. On the other hand, the Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG) in northern Iraq, the state of Israel, and the Kurdistan Workers’ Party (PKK) in Turkey welcome a semi-autonomous Kurdish state in Syria.” Ekurd Daily, Feb. 9th, 2012

Even the US ambassador to Turkey has admitted the Kurds are ethnically cleansing areas in Syria and Turkey to serve their own needs:

The U.S. ambassador to Turkey has called on Kurdish rebels to lay down arms and end violence in Turkey.

Ambassador John Bass also said Thursday that the United States does not provide weapons to a Syrian Kurdish militia group, which is affiliated with Turkey’s outlawed Kurdistan Workers’ Party – or PKK.

Bass said Washington was sensitive to Turkey’s concerns over the Syrian Kurdish militia group and opposed any efforts by the group to change the demography of northern Syria “under the guise” of battling the Islamic State group. It was a reference to Turkish accusations that the Syrian Kurdish group is purging the area of Arabs and Turkmens. WBAL

Ethnic cleansing of Syrian areas by the Kurds “under the guise of fighting “ISIS”,”  That’s what the US ambassador to Turkey said.

And now here we have RT presenting a “documentary” lionizing the Kurds (and demonizing the Erdogan government of Turkey)  under the guise of fighting “ISIS”, saying they were the victims… and not the actual aggressors. Which they were.

AS we slide into the next stage of the Greater Kurdistan nation building exercise, RT has become the greatest disinformation site on the planet (aside from Prison Planet perhaps)

Vitaly Churkin Told Assad He Better Get Used to Giving Up Part of Syria for Greater Kurdistan Back in Feb

by Scott Creighton

This is amazing.

Russia’s envoy to the U.N. on Friday warned long-term ally President Bashar al-Assad over his vow to retake all of Syria, saying he faced dire consequences if he did not comply with Moscow over the peace process.

“Russia has invested very seriously in this crisis, politically, diplomatically and now also militarily,” Vitaly Churkin told Kommersant newspaper, referring to an international agreement to cease hostilities sealed in Munich last week.

“Therefore we would like Assad also to respond to this,” he said, adding that the Syrian leader’s stance “is not in accord with the diplomatic efforts that Russia is making.”

At their meeting in Munich, the 17-nation group backing Syria’s peace process agreed to work for a ceasefire, the lifting of starvation sieges and the resumption of talks.

In an interview with AFP last week, Assad defiantly pledged to retake the whole of the country, speaking before the plan for a nationwide “cessation of hostilities” in Syria was announced.

If Syria “follows Russia’s leadership in resolving this crisis, then they have a chance to come out of it in a dignified way,” Churkin stressed.

If they in some way stray from this path — and this is my personal opinion — a very difficult situation could arise. Including for themselves,” he warned.” al Arabiya, Feb. 19 2016

Churkin is basically telling Assad, the elected leader of the Syrian people, to get on board with the partitioning plan Russia has agreed to or a “difficult situation” will arise for him personally.

That’s not a veiled threat, that’s an open threat to the legally elected and rightful leader of a foreign country. And it was leveled by “hero Russia”

This report came out the same day the US State Department vowed to continue supporting Kurdish terrorists after they bombed a target in Turkey, another country they want a piece of.

Days after that statement, Russia allowed “Syrian Kurdistan” to open a foreign diplomatic office in Moscow.

Meanwhile, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov has insisted just the other day that Syrian Kurds be allowed to participate in the next round of peace talks. Apparently Russia wants to help the Kurds (our new beloved Freedom Fighters) break off a piece of a sovereign nation for themselves.

And isn’t it funny that this has been the plan since 2012?

True Believer: The Story of Toby Lopez, the Forrest Gump Who Shook the World of Deep State Politics

by Scott Creighton

UPDATE: After communicating with him briefly, Toby has posted some more Tweets about his case. They are included at the end of the article. They should make his motivation a little clearer.

If you take his Tweets at face value, Toby Lopez was a true believer. He believed every bullshit propaganda story they put before him. He believed the fake “ISIS™” beheading videos. He believed Mike Brown deserved to get shot from behind while running away. He believed in the rightness of Joe Biden’s justification to send troops back into Iraq after we had finally got them out of there. He believed it all.

And in the end, he believed he was negotiating with a big-time “ISIS™” leader whom he made contact with on Twitter (of all things) and that he, a car salesman from Wyoming, Del, was capable of playing a staring role in securing the release of an American hostage, if only the Feds would believe him.

Quite by accident, Mr. Lopez exposed a couple rather interesting truths about the propaganda campaign known as “ISIS™” and even threatened to inadvertently reveal all of it, but he was too much of a believer to understand what he had stumbled upon.

In many ways, Toby Lopez turned out to be a modern day Forrest Gump. He had it all right there in front of him but he couldn’t see the forest for the trees.

In the end, authorities considered him a loose cannon armed with a deadly truth he was unfortunately too naive to understand himself. But his threats to go public with it all made him a problem that had to be solved.

So on Feb. 11th, 2015, Toby Lopez was arrested at his mother’s home where he lived and spent the next 14 months being shuttled from one federal institution to another until he was finally released late last month.

After all that, judging from his latest Tweets since his release, Toby still doesn’t get it. Not entirely.

But his story is fascinating for those of us who do. Sure, he was an accidental tourist tinkering in the clockwork of the biggest propaganda campaign of the time but he came closer to exposing the US Special Operations irregular warfare “hearts and minds” project that is Kurd “ISIS™” than any of us independent journalists out here, even if no one else noticed other than the Feds who whisked him away and locked him up for 14 months in order to get him to shut up before he dumped a real turd in the punch-bowl.

Though this is his story, it’s also a cautionary tale for all of us about meddling in affairs way above your pay-grade.

U.S. ambassador to Turkey Admits Kurds Guilty of Ethnic Cleansing in Syria (and Turkey?) “under the guise” of Fighting “ISIS™”

by Scott Creighton

Yeah. Let’s arm these Kurdish “freedom fighters” so they can ethnically cleanse northern Syria! They look trustworthy, don’t they? They don’t look ANYTHING like the previous thugs we’ve use like al Qaeda or the Contras!

I’m a “conspiracy theorist” I am told because I have been writing for quite a while now about the Greater Kurdistan project and the attempt by various globalist entities to achieve their desired goals in the “New Middle East” project by breaking off pieces of Iraq, Syria and Turkey in order to form a brand new country run by a clan of neoliberal puppets who are currently acting dictators in Iraqi Kurdistan, the Barzani clan. That makes me (and the few other independent journalists covering this project, like Penny) a “conspiracy theorist”

Today, Amb. John Bass, made a statement which deserves some attention:

The U.S. ambassador to Turkey has called on Kurdish rebels to lay down arms and end violence in Turkey.

WBAL

Imagine that. The US ambassador to Turkey admits that the precious new “freedom fighters”, the Kurds, are actually trying to “change the demography of northern Syria” (and of course, by extension, Turkey) while pretending to be fighting “ISIS™”

What does “change the demography of northern Syria” translate to? “Ethnic cleansing

And WHY do we ethnically cleanse certain areas? Well, we do that in preparation of nation building. The same reason it has ALWAYS been done (right Israel?)

In Syria, militias armed by the Pentagon fight those armed by the CIA

from LA Times

Syrian militias armed by different parts of the U.S. war machine have begun to fight each other on the plains between the besieged city of Aleppo and the Turkish border, highlighting how little control U.S. intelligence officers and military planners have over the groups (of terrorists) they have financed and trained in the bitter five-year-old civil war. (a.k.a. “regime change op”)

The fighting has intensified over the last two months, as CIA-armed units and Pentagon-armed ones have repeatedly shot at each other while maneuvering through contested territory on the northern outskirts of Aleppo, U.S. officials and rebel leaders have confirmed.
