Whistleblower Discloses Saudi Deputy Crown Prince's Major Role in Turkey Coup

Saudi whistle-blower Mujtahid, who is believed to be a member of or have a well-connected source in the royal family, disclosed that Saudi Deputy Crown Prince and Defense Minister Mohammad bin Salman has played a bigger role than earlier thought in the recent military coup in Turkey.

Bin Salman has taken control of MBC and al-Arabiya news channels and created a joint media operations room between al-Arabiya and the Arabic section of Skynews to pave the ground for the Turkey coup, Mujtahid wrote on his twitter page.

Bin Salman also had a collaborator, Mohammad bin Zayed bin Sultan Al-Nahyan, the Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, he added.

Bin Zayed informed Bin Salman that he had relations with Pennsylvania-based opposition figure, Fethullah Gulen, accused by the Turkish government of involvement in botched coup in the country, and has coordinated with him to overthrow Recep Tayyip Erdogan’s government and convinced Bin Salman that the coup will certainly succeed, Mujtahid wrote.

According to Mujtahid, Gulen received over $200mln from the UAE to launch the coup, he added.

  1. Great article Scott, I am Ally from Penny’s page. Thank you for showing us that those behind this coup are not ‘democrats’ and ‘secularists’ as the media like to show it, but in fact are even bigger radical Islamists and human rights abusers. Erdogan might well be bad but the coup plotters are even worse🙂

    • Hi Ally

Yeah, I’ve never said Erdogan was a humanitarian or a hero. For a long time the guy imposed free market austerity on the people of Turkey and played to the tune the IMF called everytime. But then a number of things happened and he started leaning the other way and that was about the same time his party had a falling out with the Gulenists and they finally paid off the latest IMF loan and refused to take out another and that was the final straw for Erdogan. Since then he’s reordered the way the military has power in the country, invested a lot more in education in Turkey as opposed to the military and done a number of other things that make me think there are good reasons for the U.S. and the masters of the universe to hate him. His big thing now is stopping the Kurds from taking land west of that river and positioning themselves on the border of Turkey so they can meet up with “Turkish Kurdistan” in the future. He understands they are looking to build Condi’s “New Middle East” with “Greater Kurdistan” and he clearly opposes it. Up until now, just mentioning these things got you a tin-foil hat and a click on the “unsubscribe” button but now I think it’s pretty clear what’s going on. And personally I am glad folks like Penny are getting a little vindication. FAR too many so-called “alternative” journalists out there are given credit for being Captain Hindsight. It takes BALLS to get out in front of something and report on it so that when it breaks, people can Google certain topics and see that YES, there are some journalists out here who have been covering these events and “plots and plans’ from day one (yes, that’s “WB”)and they can read that stuff and learn something about it. That takes courage and Penny has been out there from day one, suffering the slings and arrows of outrageous fortune (yes, that’s WillyShakes) sticking to her guns telling the truth, no matter how many attacks she suffered as a result. And I know that all too well myself. How about that? Quotes from W and the Bard in two consecutive sentences. My guess is that’s the first time that has ever happened on the entire world wide interwebs. heh. so there.
