Jim Garrison Response – Kennedy Assassination

(H/T Kenny’s Side Show)

“On July 15, 1967, NBC allowed New Orleans District Attorney Jim Garrison to respond to an NBC program that was highly critical of Garrison’s pursuit of alleged Kennedy assassination conspirators in New Orleans” from Youtube page

I say the day has not yet arrived where the only reality in this country is power and the ideals on which this country was built are only words printed on paper…. I believe this conflict between truth and power, and this is exactly what this is all about, that power cannot possibly smash truth out of existence” Jim Garrison, July 15th, 1967

John Kerry recently told Anderson Cooper that he doesn’t think Oswald acted alone. Not that he thinks anyone else shot the president, but that “Cuba and Russia” had something to do with it.

Some enlightening discussion over at Kenny’s Sideshow on this topic. First time I had heard of this NBC segment. Also mentioned over there… “the wink” and the doctors of Parkland Hospital.

    • Yes, Jan, or to put it another way,
“I shouted out, ‘Who killed the Kennedys?’
When after all, it was you and me.”
      — Jagger/Richards, “Sympathy for the Devil.”

I think Garrison gave it his all, however. Fabulous that this video has come to light. Thanks, Scott.

  2. As Jim Garrison so aptly points out, our propaganda press is peddling nothing but fairy tales when it comes to the JFK assassination (and so much else before and since). I have called them “Children’s Fantasy Writers.” See http://www.dcdave.com/article1/081498.htm. And, like Garrison, I have said that they would have us believe that black is white. See “The News” at http://www.dcdave.com/poet11/021017.html

  3. The most important clue to the JFK assassination can be found in this Youtube video:
