Treat the Heroes like Terrorists
Is this recent development a thinly veiled threat or simply yet another perversion of our Beyond Orwellian post 9/11 world? Or both?
9/11 first responders who are seeking medical care, true heroes who risked their lives and their health when we needed them the most, are going to have their names run through the terrorist watch list before they can receive medical assistance from the Obama administration.
I’m not kidding.
“A provision in the new 9/11 health bill may be adding insult to injury for people who fell sick after their service in the aftermath of the 2001 Al Qaeda attacks, The Huffington Post has learned.
The tens of thousands of cops, firefighters, construction workers and others who survived the worst terrorist assault in U.S. history and risked their lives in its wake will soon be informed that their names must be run through the FBI’s terrorism watch list, according to a letter obtained by HuffPost.
Any of the responders who are not compared to the database of suspected terrorists would be barred from getting treatment for the numerous, worsening ailments that the James Zadroga 9/11 Health And Compensation Law was passed to address.” HuffPuff
There is absolutely no rational justification for doing this. None what-so-ever. It is an insult and an outrage to these brave men and women and it is a slap in the face to every first responder in this nation.
This is not just a farce as John Feal of the Feel Good Foundation claimed, it’s disgusting, it is vile, and it must not be tolerated. It must not be tolerated.
What’s the message being sent here?
Well I know for one thing that as an active Truth Advocate, they probably have my name on that bullshit list and they probably regard me as a “terrorist” because I have the audacity to question their bullshit story about 9/11.
Seems to me that what they are doing is using this as a way of influencing first responders, trying to keep them from speaking out against the official conspiracy theory with the implied threat that they will lose the medical assistance they deserve for service to our nation at a time when we needed them the most.
“Keep your mouth shut about what you heard, saw, and know about that day or we will simply let you rot“… that’s the threat coming from the Obama administration and it is beyond deplorable.
We know for a fact that many firefighters in New York have come right out and said that they can’t openly question what happened that day for fear of losing their jobs and the pensions they have worked for and risked their lives for every day of their careers.
So we know this kind of convoluted threat has been directed at the first responders for some time now.
Now we see more of it. We see it being ordained in policy.
Treat the Terrorists like Heroes
Ironically, today John McCain just went to Libya and called the “rebels” there his “heroes”.
Those same “rebels” have been linked to al Qaeda by one of the leaders of the National Transition Council, the group McCain is meeting with, and he even claims to have some members of al Qaeda working with them to overthrow Gadhafi.
“Mr al-Hasidi insisted his fighters “are patriots and good Muslims, not terrorists,” but added that the “members of al-Qaeda are also good Muslims and are fighting against the invader“. Telegraph
Mr. al-Hasidi was actually arrested and held for years for serving as a recruiting agent for the insurgency in Afghanistan and Iraq. He literally hired suicide bombers (mainly from the same streets that John McCain was walking down today in Benghazi) who killed, crippled, and maimed U.S. troops. Now he meets with John McCain and his latest band of thuggish terrorists are called “heroes” by Sen. John McCain.
In Amerika we treat the heroes like terrorists and the terrorists like heroes.
Next time something like 9/11 happens, God forbid, there won’t be one single person who steps up and helps his fellow American buried in the rubble.
Perhaps that’s the point.
