Clinton Appointee Blocks Arizona Immigration Laws Thus Saving Globalization

Well, they made sure the case went before a globalist judge appointed by Bill Clinton and she basically said that officers could not check to see if a detained person was here legally or not because if they were here legally, their “liberty” would be “restricted” for the 60 seconds or so that it would take for the officer to run the check. I wish I were kidding…

“Requiring Arizona law enforcement officials and agencies to determine the immigration status of every person who is arrested burdens lawfully-present aliens because their liberty will be restricted while their status is checked,” Bolton, a Clinton appointee, said in her decision. Huffington Post

You just can’t make-up shit like that… of course that will be tossed when it goes to the Supreme Court, but that won’t be before the elections in November and then the passage of George W. Bush’s Comprehensive Immigration Reform bill (complete with amnesty of 12-20 million undocumented workers and Obama’s “BELIEVE” ID system which is just a re-branding of Bush’s REAL ID Act…)

Also, thanks to the appointee of the globalist Bill Clinton, in Arizona, if an officer sees a bunch on people he suspects as being here illegally, like say rushing over the border or something, he can’t arrest them unless he has a warrant.

President Obama is resurrecting President Clinton’s failed promise of NAFTA’s jobs creation in hopes of selling the public on the Korea, Colombia, and Panama FTAs. With nearly half of U.S. workers having lost a job or experienced a cut in wages since the recession started in 2007/2008, combined with a jobless “recovery,” the need for jobs is first and foremost on U.S. workers’ minds. However, this time around, after the experience of NAFTA, the promise of jobs creation comes off like a cheap gimmick used too many times, as if to sell a shoddy “lemon” used car as good coin. Unelected Neoliberal President of Mexico Calls for Compehensive Immigration Reform “for the good of his people” (after killing 23,000 or more of them)

I wrote an article (“To Fix a Nazi State We Will Build a Nazi Nation“) a couple of weeks ago about the new Arizona immigration law being nothing more than a contrived “crisis” designed to give dems enough cover to enact a Comprehensive Immigration Reform Law like the one George Bush tried to enact while his neoliberal regime was in power. 

There will be a REAL ID Act called the “BELIEVE ID“, believe it or not, and there will be amnesty for millions and a “Path to Legalization” and an easier way to rush across the border and all the rest, just like what the big business class wanted under the Bush regime… all that will be there.

But they are now talking about a “commission”. That’s right, a “commission” who will decide how many slave laborers we allow over the border to help Tyson Foods or WalMart or Burger King or Monsanto. I suppose Lockheed Martin will get the contract to bus them over the border and ship the new slaves up to whatever minimum wage work-camp they are needed.  Billions to be made on that contract. And billions to be made by defense contractors who will be flying drones over the borders and selling guns to the private security companies who will be handling all that border security we need…

So today, along came Mexican President Felipe Calderon to tell our congress how to run our country and to stand shoulder to shoulder with Barack “Change-O-Mite” Obama and demand we pass a speed-up version of the neocon Comprehensive Immigration Reform bill… for the good of all mankind.

All the breathless huffing and puffing by our loyal liberal talking heads has paid off…  The “near death emergency” atmosphere created by the fake “progressive” media has blown enough smoke up everyone’s collective bunghole so now those “liberal” dems in congress (read as “New Dems, Blue Dogs, Centrists, Neoliberals, Clintonistas”)  feel comfortable enough to offer up their neoliberal salvation to protect our “democracy” from all those “Nazis” in Arizona.

The plan? Pour more money into the big corporations to make drones (weaponized and non-weaponized) and security systems and black SUVs and bullet proof vests and guns and helicopters and powerboats and computers and communication systems and GPS ground sensors and APARTHEID WALLS and Border Officers and Customs Officers and DEA officers and workplace inspectors. Militarize the southern states on our dime.

Money, money, money, and then, some more money.  All that money to keep Arizona from doing what the Federal Government already takes out tax money to do (or should I say “pays that money to private companies to do”).  All that money to militarize the border.  All that money, while President Obama’s neoliberal IMF task-force, the National Commission on Fiscal Responsibility (NCFR), is telling us we have a deficit because of Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid, and all those “irresponsible” home-buyer who got foreclosed on. 

In short, the plan is to fix the “Nazi” problem in Arizona by turning the nation into a police state complete with militerized border states and the Real ID system of biometric (everyone finger-printed) indentification and RFID chipped IDs for everyone. Take “show me your papers” from Arizona and make that the rule of the entire nation.

1) The government creates or exploits a problem blaming it on others

2) The people react by asking the government for help willing to give up their rights

3) The government offers the solution that was planned long before the crisis

And oh how they do so rail against the storm! Both so enveloped in the rapture of their fury as they lash out against the cruel injustice of it all. What of the Constitution! What of the Rights of Man! Is there no Justice!

Thus is the corporate mainstream media attack leveled at one single issue. One single state. Do not expect anyone to be “Fair and Balanced” here. The Washington Consensus is under attack and everyone, from lawmakers to talking heads, to selected blogging pundits must do their part to support the common enemy.

I have never seen the corporate media drop everything else so fast to line up on the same side of an issue like they have over this Arizona anti-illegal immigration thing. All across the fake news spectrum, from Fox News to CNN, the story is the same… Arizona Hates America! Arizona Hates the Constitution! Arizona Hates Your Freedom!!!!!  

President Obama weighed in with “this threatens to undermine basic notions of fairness that we cherish as Americans” (that from the same guy who gave us the banker bailout bill and the insurance bailout bill and who thinks he has the right to kill any U.S. citizen he wants…. overseas….) even as Tom Tancredo had to admit he thought the Arizona law went “too far” (that from the same guy who said “Radical Islam has been the foe of Christendom for centuries.”).

So what is it that brings instant unity to the corporate propaganda mills all across your 200 channels of blathering commercialism? What exactly is it that has so threatened the constitution and our cherished notion of fairness?
