Unconventional warfare specialist Trey Scott Atwater is attached to 7th Special Forces Group which has historic connections to El Salvadorian and Honduran death squads and current connections to Task Force 373 in Afghanistan which is a black op death squad itself. His story makes no sense and he forgot to tell investigators about being detained by airport security just a few days prior to his Saturday arrest. But we shouldn’t worry because he “loves his kids”

Obama’s covert wars

A lengthy article in the New York Times on Sunday entitled “A Secret Assault on Terrorism Widens on Two Continents” has provided a glimpse into the extent of the Obama administration’s covert wars. Obama has not only continued, he has expanded the murderous operations that were waged under the banner of the “war on terror” by the CIA and Pentagon during the Bush administration.

Part 2: The Verdict is in (or “The Spy Who Shagged Us”)

In Part 1 of this essay, “The Genesis of the Whistleblower Honeypot, Wikileaks“, we explored one possible motivation behind the CIA and the State Department setting up an international fake whistleblower site like Wikileaks; damage control. Since most dissidents understand the MSM and corporate news print media is controlled and therefore untrustworthy these days (and have been for decades), potential whistleblowers would look for an alternative outlet to publish material that would be potentially damaging to the administration’s globalist agenda. So why not create one, hype it with carefully staged “leaked” material, and then let the “rats” come to them.

One would be almost disappointed if they hadn’t come up with an idea like this.

But having an idea that Wikileaks was constructed as a psyops honeypot is one thing, proving it is another. Anything short of a confession from Jullian Assange or his latest IRS tax return prominently featuring paychecks from the Central Intelligence Agency is probably going to simply land me in the “conspiracy theorist of the conspiracy theorists” category.

But I have been there before (over and over and over and over again) so let’s have at it and see what we come up with.

Leaked documents expose imperialist war in Afghanistan

(Task Force 373 – think “Caravan of Death”  (Chile), “Escuadrón de la Muerte ” (El Salvadore), “Battalion 316″  (Honduras), “Contras” (Nicaragua), and SAVAK in Iran.. the list goes on and on… )

On Sunday, the WikiLeaks web site posted 91,731 American military documents on the US-NATO occupation of Afghanistan, covering the period from January 2004 to December 2009. The release was timed to coincide with articles on these revelations in the New York Times, the British Guardian and the German weekly magazine Der Spiegel, all of which had received the documents several weeks ago.

The documents make clear that the occupation of Afghanistan is a filthy imperialist war. Popular resistance and protest demonstrations are drowned in blood, US death squads operate at will under a media blackout, and Washington and NATO collaborate with a narrow elite of corrupt warlords and Afghan officers.

The documents were released as the Afghan government confirmed that NATO rocket fire last week killed more than 50 civilians, largely women and children, in the Sangin district of Helmand Province. The attack was one of the worst since the May 2009 Gerani air strike, in neighboring Farah province, which killed 140 civilians, including 93 children and 28 women.
