The Vegas Shooting – the “New World Order and Shit” and Other Dangerous Ideas

by Scott Creighton

UPDATE: see several updates at the end of this article

Years ago I wrote that when they decide to make that big leap from the slightly open society we have now to the totalitarian closed one we are destined for, one of the things they need to do is round up the dissidents in a very public manner so that not only are they out of the way, but so they will serve as an example of what happens to you when you think the wrong things.

You can see examples of this taking place right now in Egypt, Thailand and Ukraine. History is rife with examples. Look no farther than Indonesia when we installed Suharto or Chile after we installed Pinochet.

The most recent mass casualty event in the on-going American Gladio op took place in Vegas a few days ago. Two police officers and a woman shopping at WalMart tragically lost their lives. Was this simply a case of two bottom feeders going off? Was it part of a destabilization campaign designed to remake the country into something else? Was Cass Sunstein right about his “dangerous ideas” and the need to wipe them all off the interwebs or is someone helping him make his point as the new CISPA is about to be rolled out?

Let’s see.

Aurora Massacre: Kangaroo Court Redefines “Show Trial”

by Scott Creighton

Homeland Security Prosecution: We have found a witch radicalize homegrown extremist, may we burn him?

Judge Carlos A. Samour: How do you know he’s a witch radicalized homegrown extremist?

Homeland Security Prosecution: He LOOKS like one

James: I’m not a witch radicalized homegrown extremist!

Judge Carlos A. Samour: But you are dressed as one.

James: They dressed me up like this.

Homeland Security Prosecution: Ah, no we didn’t. Ok, we did the hair. And the beard. And the thing on his head. And the Hannibal Lecter thing…. but he did turn me into a newt!

Judge Carlos A. Samour: What?

Homeland Security Prosecution: BURN HIM ANYWAY!

real deal

be honest…. Does this make my butt look guilty?

The James Holmes saga is probably one of the most ridiculous pretend prosecutions I’ve ever seen.

The court have already ruled that they can use “truth serum” on the guy as they promise to bring in something like 60 million “witnesses” to say they saw a guy in a gas mask shooting people … and yet there’s not one single clear image of James Holmes in the Century 16 theater that night from the numbers of security cameras at that location.

In a real court of justice, there’s a reason they don’t bring the accused into court dressed up like Hannibal Lecter from Silence of the Lambs. It tends  to prejudice the jury in favor of prosecution, thus preventing a fair trial.

But apparently that’s not important in Colorado. Their courts must be interested in something other than justice.

They tried to have little James Holmes manacled and wrapped up like the Butcher of Seville for the upcoming trial but that didn’t fly so the judge decided they would put a restraining harness on James under his cheap suit and literally chain him to a bolted ring on the floor like he was a mad dog.

This is supposed to be a compromise.

Need I remind anyone that the police department who arrested Holmes, found him drugged and out cold in his car behind the theater, and they would have suffered MAJOR losses to police personnel had James not warned them about booby traps set up in his apartment?

Need I remind anyone of the second gas mask found at the end of the building where Holmes could not have been, dropped there by someone who had been reported by witnesses as the gunman as he fled the scene?

Nah, just chain him to the floor like a rabid bear and the prosecution can have Homeland Security standing by with riot guns and armor “just in case” the bailiffs can’t handle a 145 pound kid.

And I know.. we’ll call it “justice”

Fuck it… they’re trying their damnedest to convict this guy in the court of public opinion, they should just bring him into the courtroom in this get-up.

Forget subtle, go for broke. This is America, no one’s paying attention. And if they are, we’ll call ‘em “truthers” and that will shut them up.

If You Want My Intel, I Get the Intel of the Proven Terrorists First – It’s Only Fair

by Scott Creighton

UPDATE: Salon Calls Me an “Edward Snowden Truther”

UPDATE: The Missing Motive of the Snowden Psyop: CISPA (yes… CISPA)

Here’s what I want.

I want access to all communications, email, snail-mail, PalTalk, Google, Hotmail, Yahoo, IM, phone calls, sex-chats, Weiner pics from Weiner, smoke signals, channeled spirits of dead ancestors, I want everything… and I want complete access to every bit of information of everything about the following people for the following reasons.

I want these things because if the whole point of collecting everything on everyone is to prevent more acts of terrorism, then we have to pay special attention to those who have a penchant to commit acts of terrorism and a motive to do so.

Sounds like common sense to me.

If someone pulls off a particularly professional looking bank job, you don’t immediately rush over to the local elementary school and start water-boarding the 3rd graders and smacking Ms. Pope around, do you?

Do you?

Well, maybe in Aurora, Colorado you do, but in the civilized world, you start looking at people who have a HISTORY of bank jobs. That’s pretty deep huh? I figured that out watching Barney Miller reruns when I was in elementary school. That’s how deep that is.

I think combating domestic terrorism might just fall under that same rubric, don’t you?

Or do I need to drop out of high school, community college and the Army Reserves basic training to become a master spy sleuth before I can make that connection?

Do you feel the sarcasm?

I personally have never terrorized anyone.

I shot a bird once when I was a kid. I still feel bad about that, so if ANYONE has information on me, something is terribly wrong with their stated reasons to be collecting my personal data, isn’t there?  That seems pretty f*cking simple to understand, doesn’t it? I’m not a terrorist, I never killed or harmed anyone… ergo… think it through now

But there are in fact many out there who have committed overt acts of terrorism in the past and some who are openly threatening to commit more acts of terrorism and some still who are in the latter stages of debating as too whether or not they should give some weapons and more money, more of MY MONEY, to admitted terrorists.

Here’s a hint congress and the NSA… these terrorists, as it just so happens, are mainly the ones claiming we should be ok with them collecting data complied on us, people who are not terrorists, in order to prevent more terrorism.

The terrorists want all the information they can get their blood-soaked hands on regarding the non-terrorists in order to prevent…. more terrorism.

Does that make any fucking sense?

Well it does if you are a terrorist and want to know when the townsfolk are coming with the torches and pitchforks.

But aside from that, no, it makes no sense whatsoever.

Does it sound like fighting the Global War on Terrorism or does it sound more like… oh I don’t know… TERRORISM?

So, if the whole thing is to prevent acts of terrorism, it only stands to reason that the ONLY people who are ALLOWED to collect data, should be the people who have not committed acts of terrorism for prolonged periods of time. Or VOTED for terrorism. Or TURNED their backs on terrorism. Or love their “special relationship” with nation states that are blatant sponsors of state terrorism.

In short, the agencies and the people who are getting all that illegal data and compiling it on us NON-TERRORISTS are the last people who should be getting information like that.

Do you take a 3 time convicted arsonist, put him in charge of the fire department and give him unrestricted access to matches and gas stations telling him when people aren’t going to be home and giving him the fire escape schematics for the local daycare? NO. That’s not a good idea.

It doesn’t take a high school dropout with a pole dancing girlfriend to figure that sh*t out, does it?

So, in order to even think about looking at illegally collected data in an attempt to stop terrorism, we should all be able to agree on the very simple concept that TERRORISTS should not be the ones getting said illegally gathered data on innocent civilians just trying to live their lives in peace.

After all, innocent civilians just living their lives in peace are OFTEN the TARGETS of the terrorists, now aren’t they?

That said, I purpose that since I am not a terrorist and so many in the intelligence circles are, I am given all the data to look at on who quite probably would be considered Public Terrorist #1 if they were from Iran.

And based on the criteria already established, you will be happy too know, I already have a list of people and organizations that I want complete access to everything they have done since they were in grade school.

Manufactured Hero Edward Snowden: Glenn Greenwald Goes “Full Retard”

by Scott Creighton

UPDATE: Salon Calls Me an “Edward Snowden Truther”

UPDATE: The Missing Motive of the Snowden Psyop: CISPA (yes… CISPA)

The other day I wondered if the Guardian set Glenn up for a fall on this one. I figured maybe they told him they vetted this new NSA whistle-blower and sent him off to Hong Kong to meet a high-school drop-out with his Rubic’s Cube in what appeared to be a secret meeting scenario written by the former writing staff of Get Smart. Turn’s out I wasn’t far off…

“Thus far we have revealed four independent programs: the bulk collection of telephone records, the PRISM program, Obama’s implementation of an aggressive foreign and domestic cyber-operations policy, and false claims by NSA officials to Congress. Every one of those articles was vetted by multiple Guardian editors and journalists – not just me. Democratic partisans have raised questions about only one of the stories – the only one that happened to be also published by the Washington Post (and presumably vetted by multiple Post editors and journalists) – in order to claim that an alleged inaccuracy in it means our journalism in general is discredited.” Glenn Greenwald

Yes Mr. Greenwald, when you make an inaccurate statement in your article, your journalism is discredited. If you come out backing some sudden NSA whistle-blower as the next Daniel Elsburg and then it turns out he’s a high school drop-out flake with no real intel to speak of, your really going to be discredited. And unfortunately I fear you don’t really understand that is why you and the filmmaker, the Academy Award-nominated Laura Poitras, were specifically requested by the career NSA employee and manufactured hero… in case you hadn’t figured that out yet.

The Program (short video) – William Binney Explains “Stellar Wind” in Aug. of 2012

by Scott Creighton

“They took the system I built to spy on other countries and they turned it against you.” Binney

“According to the NSA’s USSID 18 (their manual) an “intercept” (taking data from sources… all kinds of data) doesn’t happen until a human actually listens to it. So they can “legally” grab up everything and hold it indefinitely without having “intercepted” anything illegally from U.S. citizens.” Bamford (paraphrase)

The problem is the software, once it pulls in the data, builds profiles of everyone in that data” Binney

This is something the KGB, the Stazi or the Gestapo would have LOVED to have had. Just because this is a democracy doesn’t mean we will stay that way” Binney

In this video, long time NSA employee William Binney, considered by many to be one of the best code-breakers ever, explains the NSA’s domestic spying program “Stellar Wind” a.k.a. “The Program”

He admits they can turn your cell phone on and listen to you while it sits in your pocket or your purse. He explains that they targeted everyone and everything. Video was released in Aug. of 2012.

He never claimed he could “shut down the NSA tomorrow”. He never claimed he could listen to Obama’s phone calls. He never claimed he was paid 200k when he was actually paid a little over half of that. And he never claimed to have been training for Special Forces when he actually didn’t.

As luck would have it, this guy lives in Maryland. He’s not staging some huge dramatic “run like Assange” reality show.

Makes you think doesn’t it?

Top Ten Issues I Have with the Manufactured Hero Edward Snowden Story

by Scott Creighton

The wheels are starting to come off  (H/T boomerang) … just a bit.

While the two biggest frauds from the right and the left, Glenn Beck and Michal Moore, parrot the status quo line telling their supporters to think of Edward Snowden as a “hero” (you will think as we tell you), more and more real people are starting to ask questions about our new manufactured hero’s story.

The tale Edward Snowden recounted to Glenn Greeenwald doesn’t seem to add up. That’s not too say that we shouldn’t all be very concerned and even angry about massive spying programs being run by contractors on behalf of our “national interests”… we should be damn angry about that… and that’s not too say we shouldn’t be fighting for the protections of our civil liberties and constitutional rights, but unfortunately it looks like Glenn and many others may have fallen for something here. What it is just yet, we can’t be clear, but as the song goes, somethin is happenin here.

It’s Conspiracy Theory No More – Greenwald References Church Committee on MSM

Attendees from Intelligence Conference Joke About “Disappearing” Glenn Greenwald for NSA Article – John Negroponte Had Attended Conference

(For those of you who know who John Negroponte is and what he did in Central America and later in Iraq, this is certainly a bad omen. Negroponte created death squads everywhere he went, “disappearing” untold thousands of troublemakers in various countries we had neoliberalized. And here we are…)

from The Huffington Post

Leading foreign policy analyst Steve Clemons said he witnessed a rather disturbing conversation while waiting for a flight at the Dulles airport on Saturday.

According to Clemons, four men sitting near him were discussing an intelligence conference they had just attended, and turned to the topic of the NSA leaks. One said that both the reporter and leaker should be “disappeared,” a term used to describe secret murders and abductions carried out by authoritarian governments. Clemons said on Twitter the suggestion seemed to be “bravado” and a “disturbing joke.” He said that the officials were talking loudly, “almost bragging.”

HuffPost asked Clemons via Twitter how he could be sure they were in the intelligence community and he noted that “one wore a white knit national counterterrorism center shirt.” But more importantly, he said, the conversation led him to conclude that they were certainly in the community, especially given the conference they talked about attending. They discussed former Ambassador John Negroponte as having been in attendance.

The Najibullah Zazi Case and PRISM – What Marcy Wheeler Gets Right and What She Gets Wrong

by Scott Creighton

Marcy Wheeler has done some good work as an alternative journalist. I have the greatest respect for the work she does for the most part and her demolition of Rep. Mike Rogers’ claim that the Najibullah Zazi case justifies the NSA’s secret comprehensive blanket spying program PRISM is outstanding.

The complicit press just parrots the ridiculous assertion without question but at least she and Ben Smith dig a little deeper to expose the truth of the matter.

For the most part.

She does however miss a key aspect of the story and that is as long as the mythical Domestic (Global) War of Terror remains sacrosanct, quibbling about the limits of government invasion of our civil rights and protections will always be that… quibbling.

My proof? Today’s headlines.

“Civil liberties lawyers trying to hold the administration to account through the courts for its surveillance of phone calls and emails of American citizens have been repeatedly stymied by the government’s recourse to the “military and state secrets privilege”. The precedent, rarely used but devastating in its legal impact, allows the government to claim that it cannot be submitted to judicial oversight because to do so it would have to compromise national security.” Guardian

The case she writes about, the Najibullah Zazi case, the case she suggests was a real case of domestic terrorism thwarted, is by no means a legitimate example of defending the country from terrorism as she implies. Whether PRISM gets the credit or “old fashioned police work” does, fact is, it’s yet another example of a manufactured threat.

Therefore what she is doing exposing those who support PRISM as half-baked liars, albeit noble in it’s intent, is feeble in it’s effect.

If the “war” itself is exposed as a lie, then compromising national security is no longer a defense for the expansion of the unconstitutional police state and in fact, that is probably the only defense left us in a world controlled by corrupt agencies, PR gurus and a complicit press.

By contrast, if you leave the hollow evidence of the “war” intact, you’re essentially trying to stop a tank with a BB gun. It simply won’t work.

President Peace Prize Murders 7 More in Pakistan With Unmanned Aerial Death Squad – Obamaites Yawn

by Scott Creighton

Sing along neocons neoprogressives, to the tune of the heartwarming Lee Greenwood classic:

I’m proud to be an Obamaite,

cus at least I know I’m not on fire like small children in Pakistan who couldn’t possibly be a “terrorist” in a country we have no business in…

Come on Obamaites! Hold hands with the Cheney Trolls of yesteryear and sing loud and proud. You EARNED it baby!

victimUsed to be that the bank’s official hitmen, the CIA, had to go into foreign countries and convince their leadership to put together death squads that we trained and equipped in order to make their little corner of the world safe for our “national interests” (United Fruit, Standard Oil, the Morgans the Rockefellers, etc. etc.)

But these days President Peace Prize simply kicks back with a cup-o-joe on Terror Tuesdays and picks which “evil leftists” they are going to smite in the coming week. And even though he gave a lovely little speech a week ago about winding down the Global War OF Terror we have been waging, the fact is, just today they launched yet another illegal Death Squad From Above operation in Pakistan, the first since they elected a president whom our banking bosses did not approve of.

So where are the “progressives” on this one? Zip. Nada. Out to lunch.

Russia Steps Up in Syria – Sends Warships to the Mediterranean and Advanced Air Defense Systems to Assad

by Scott Creighton

Israeli attack on Syria and our escalating warmongering rhetoric backfires, bringing Russia into the game in a big way.

It’s being reported by several news organizations that Russia under Vladimir Putin has suddenly stepped up to the plate with regard to aiding the Syrian government and their people in the ongoing U.S./Israeli/Qatar terrorist destabilization campaign.

Several notable and highly visible steps have been taken by Russia in the past few days which make it perfectly clear in the wake of Israel’s illegal bombing of Syria and Putin’s meeting with “Nuclear Duck” Netanyahu that Russia is not going to stand by and do nothing while our contractors and the IDF kill innocent people in Syria.

But as welcome as this news is, that Russia is finally stepping up and helping Syria in more ways that just talk, I can’t say it’s simply because it’s the right thing to do. Once again, it’s all about money, natural resources and one group’s access to them and another’s loss.  It’s just another part of the Great Game to dominate and control the earth’s natural resources.

Ron Paul on Benghazi – Almost Sorta Gets it Right… til he gets it wrong

by Scott Creighton

According to Ron Paul, it’s all about the “unintended consequences” of partnering with “Radical Islam”

Well, he was doing OK up until that…

“It appears that the Administration scrubbed initial intelligence reports of references to extremist Islamist involvement in the attacks, preferring to craft a lie that the demonstrations were a spontaneous response to an anti-Islamic video that developed into a full-out attack on the US outpost.” Ron Paul

Yes, they did craft a lie about the anti-Islamic video causing a spontaneous uprising in Benghazi. But Ron forgets to remind his audience that the video was crafted by the FBI and one of their informants who was on federal probation a year prior to the Benghazi attacks and somehow it was retooled in order to serve as the pretext for this new uprising. So they “crafted the lie” in advance. That will be an important point in a few minutes. Keep it in mind.

Bin Laden’s Son-in-Law? Iran? Give me a break….

by Scott Creighton

Everything to do with the bin Laden story is always surrounded by lies of one form or another.

NBC “News” is reporting that bin Laden’s son-in-law Sulaiman Abu Ghaith was captured by the Iranians back in 2001 with a bunch of other “al Qaeda” members and held all this time in a “black box” for over ten years and that he was somehow released, they assume, and arrested again by the CIA in Jordan.

Obama Administration Backtracks on Drone Policy – Claims They Can’t Kill Citizens on U.S. Soil

by Scott Creighton

It seems Rand Paul’s little filibuster may have had some effect after all. After a day of serious abuse being leveled  at the Obama administration and other dems for failing to support the Paul filibuster, today U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder sent Rand Paul a short letter which stated:

“It has come to my attention that you have now asked an additional question: ‘Does the president have the authority to use a weaponized drone to kill an American not engaged in combat on American soil? The answer to that question is no.” Eric Holder

Today was filled with all kinds of questions coming out about Rand Paul’s filibuster and the Eric Holder letter which started it all in which he said he thought the president could “under certain circumstances” like another 9/11, use the military drones to take out a U.S. citizen on U.S. soil without any due process of law. Today’s letter is a bit of a turnaround for Mr. Holder. Not much, but a bit.
