Stop the Heretics and the “Jackals”: “Non-Believers” Kept from Sandy Hook Death Certificates

by Scott Creighton

It should “be enough” that authorities tell us something and we believe it without question, without doubt. “Unscrupulous individuals” should not be allowed to expose or otherwise “exploit” contradictions in the official stories. The investigations of the  “non-believer” “jackals” must be thwarted by law before their vile sickness can spread.

This is the state of the union in Connecticut in the wake of the Sandy Hook shooting according to three state lawmakers (Reps. DebraLee Hovey, R-Monroe; Dan Carter, R-Bethel; and Mitch Bolinsky, R-Newtown) who are looking to pass legislation that will prevent journalists from seeing death certificates of the children who supposedly died at Sandy Hook Elementary.

Interestingly, when one of those lawmakers (Dan Carter) was asked how many requests had been filed by journalists or “non-believers” to get the death certificates since the shooting, he had no specific numbers… but he did say “I’m sure there were some of them,”

Isn’t it enough to know that 20 children and six adults died?” said Hovey. “During tragic circumstances, it is imperative we have laws that show empathy for those affected while at the same time preventing unscrupulous individuals from exploiting or profiting from their grief. It’s the right thing to do.”…

… Blaming overzealous members of the media as well as those seeking to disprove that the massacre at Sandy Hook Elementary School occurred, three state lawmakers representing Newtown testified in Hartford on Wednesday in support of a bill that would seal the death certificates of children.” News Times

Bolinksy said he “felt the outrage, the pain of observing the jackals descend upon my town clerk’s office at a time of great, great community loss.” P. Planet

Carter said the town clerk had not provided any numbers about how many requests for the Sandy Hook death certificates there had been, or a breakdown of how many had come from reporters compared to those from what he called “non-believers” in the Newtown tragedy.

I’m sure there were some of them (requests),” Carter said.” News Times

Whether or not there has actually been any requests from independent journalists to see those reports is irrelevant. Of course reporters look to find as much official documentation in cases like these that they can find.

The fact that they drape the scary “conspiracy theorist” all over their bill as the justification is highly suspicious.

We all know that law enforcement in this case has already announced that they won’t release details of their investigation until this summer, long after gun-control bills have been introduced and passed in congress. We also know this case is instrumental in the gun-grabbing circles… just ask Piers Morgan who admitted to standing on the corpses of the children of Sandy Hook to push this agenda which existed long before Adam Lanza was used as their most infamous 120 pound patsy.

In so many ways this investigation is coming down to “We say it, so you must believe it!” and those that don’t are being derided at every turn as jackals, non-believers, unscrupulous, conspiracy theorists etc.

That’s a big red flag, folks. That not how open, civil societies work.

Honestly, that harkens back to the Dark Ages where authority was the clergy and questioning that authority was heresy. We’ve seen this taking shape since 9/11 where any skepticism of the official doctrine, no matter how silly and nonsensical that official story, was publicly ridiculed quickly, viciously and loudly.

Notice that these three lawmakers never presented this bill in the years they had before Sandy Hook in defense of all the other children murdered in their state.

Either they just didn’t give a crap about protecting the loved ones of those children, or there is something special about the deaths of these 20 kids that these three are trying to keep under wraps.

I often say that the easiest way to uncover an untruth is to look at the amount of energy expended in the cover-up.

A lot of energy being spent on this case. You have to decide what it’s being spent on.

And if I’m right, who are the unscrupulous jackals?

  1. There is no “journalism” allowed in the Sandy Hook case, apparently.

I’m a university graduate with a degree in Broadcast Journalism. I pay attention to these things. The crap we’ve been hearing on CNN isn’t journalism, it’s more like church service, where the anchors are “priests, intoning their benediction to the suffering and their elegies to the dead.” — How the Newtown Massacre Became a Mind-Control Television Event

Real journalists, as Sherrie notes in this great article, would get actual 9/11 calls from the school, police scanner information, interviews of the survivors of the shooting that went to the hospital, pictures of broken glass, attempted questioning of Peter and Ryan Lanza, etc. None of that happened, and just as in all the other recent cases of mass shootings, there is no video tape, even in this modern age of ubiquitous security cameras.

You’re one of the closest things to investigative journalism we have left in this country. If I had *any* money to spare I’d give it to you, Scott … unfortunately I chose the wrong major in college and now I’m unemployed.

  2. There was a PBS (Public Broadcasting Service) special edition of their FRONTLINE show titled, “Raising Adam Lanza”. It is a collaborative hack piece by journalists who interviewed friends and family members of Nancy Lanza.

You can read it here (see: http://www.pbs.org/wgbh/pages/frontline/social-issues/raising-adam-lanza/raising-adam-lanza/ )

and the Hartford Courant article here (see: http://www.courant.com/news/connecticut/newtown-sandy-hook-school-shooting/hc-raising-adam-lanza-20130217,0,5614292,full.story

The article relies on the following sources of information:

    1. John Bergquist, of Newtown and friend of Nancy Lanza.
    2. Marvin LaFontaine, a longtime friend of Nancy.
    3. Law enforcement official who reported Nancy being assaulted in the 1980’s.
    4. Court documents from a lawsuit against John Hancock insurance company.
    5. Wendy Wipprecht of Newtown who has an autistic son and knew Nancy.
    6. Lanza family member who stated Adam did special studies at home.
    7. “Professional” in the school system who advised Nancy to keep Adam at Newtown.
    8. Diocesan officials at St. Rose of Lima school where Adam attended eighth grade.
    9. Kateleen Foy, who attended St. Rose of Lima with Adam.
    10. Dr. Harold Schwartz, psychiatrist (not Adam’s doctor)
    11. Richard Novia, security chief for Newtown schools and the technical school advisor.
    12. Person who was in communication with Peter Lanza, Adam’s father.
    13. Rich Collins, of Newtown who has an autistic son and knew Nancy.
    14. Dan Holmes, of Newtown who is a landscaper and did work for Nancy.
    15. Mark Tambascio, owner of the My Place Pizza & Restaurant in Newtown.
    16. Contractor who did work inside the Lanza home.
    17. Family member who commented about Nancy’s plans to leave Newtown.

Some of the references in the show/article claimed, “…Reporters also reviewed messages and emails spanning the 10 years in which Nancy Lanza wrote to close friends. In the notes, she chronicled portions of her own life, from her mysterious potentially fatal illness, to comments about her marriage, to progress reports on a young Adam.”

So these reporters were able to get their hands on intimate details of Nancy’s life and piece it together to make this story. The article relies heavily on the memory of Marvin LaFontaine, a longtime friend of Nancy who was her confidant and apparently kept 10 years worth of emails (kinda weird, don’t you think?).

CBS published a follow up article on February 18, 2013, claiming that Adam Lanza’s motive for the killings was to emulate and exceed Anders Breivik, a Norwegian man who killed 77 people in July 2011 (see: http://www.cbsnews.com/8301-18563_162-57569958/newtown-shooter-motivated-by-norway-massacre-sources-say/ ).

This story recalls, “… Lanza spent countless hours there alone, in a private gaming room with the windows blacked out, honing his computer shooting skills.” Where did CBS get this from? A plumber who had done work at the Lanza home and supposedly witnessed Adam playing for hours at a time (I hope the plumber wasn’t paid by the hour). But it fails to establish a motive and leaves out some glaring oversights, namely that Adam was not violent in anyway, did not have any ill feelings towards anyone including his mother.

The Hartford Courant, CBS latest bogus script and the PBS FRONLINE show tries to lead the public to believe that Adam’s shyness and introverted behavior was the reason for killing his mother and the children at Sandy Hook elementary school. Here is some information they left out:

    1. A statement by Russ Hanoman who met Nancy Lanza at the My Place restaurant. Hanoman said about Adam, “He was clearly troubled. He did have issues. He was not violent in any way. He was a vegan because he didn’t want to hurt animals.” (see: http://pix11.com/2012/12/16/nancy-and-adam-lanza-how-did-their-relationship-end-in-school-massacre/#axzz2LlgX6ktc. )

    2. Statement by Adam Lanza’s physician (if any) who: diagnosed Lanza’s mental state, list of pharmaceutical drugs prescribed as a course of treatment, number of follow-up visits, and any referrals to other qualified mental health professionals.

    3. Statement by the police identifying any evidence of forced entry into Nancy Lanza’s house or garage including her bedroom, any broken furniture, windows or glass found, any blood found elsewhere in or around the home.

    4. The coroner’s report on Nancy Lanza’s time of death and any drugs found in her body.

    5. Statement by the police detailing Nancy Lanza’s recent phone records and who she called and who called her.

    6. Statement by the police detailing Nancy Lanza’s recent emails and who she corresponded with.

    7. Statement by the police describing what prescription medications were found at the house and who were they for.

    8. Statement by the police describing any sign of theft from the house (e.g., cash money, checkbooks, jewelry, laptop computers, etc.).

    9. Statement by the police describing any fingerprints found at the house that did not belong to Nancy or Adam.

    10. Statement by the police confirming that Adam Lanza’s fingerprints were found on the steering wheel of the black 2010 Honda Civic parked at the school that was registered to Nancy Lanza.

    11. The coroner’s report on Adam Lanza’s time of death and any drugs found in his body.

    12. Statement by the police describing Adam Lanza’s height, weight, etc. and exactly what he was wearing at the time of his death.

    13. Statement by the police describing Ryan Lanza’s identification found in possession of Adam Lanza and how it got there. A list of any other documents found on the body.

    14. Photographic evidence showing how the shooter (Lanza?) entered the school.

    15. Statement by Natalie Hammond, wounded survivor at Sandy Hook describing what she saw and heard.

    16. Statement by the other unknown wounded survivor at Sandy Hook describing what he (or she) saw and heard.

    17. Statement by the custodian who ran down the hallway warning about the gunfire as to what he saw or heard.

    18. Statement by the police stating what evidence was found from any video surveillance systems installed at the school.

    19. Ballistic report confirming the guns used to murder Nancy Lanza, the children and Adam Lanza and all bullets recovered from the Lanza home and the school were from the firearms registered to Nancy Lanza that were kept at her house.

There has been no plausible motive presented to the public for the killing of Nancy Lanza, the children at Sandy Hook elementary school and Adam Lanza as of yet.

The underlying puzzle that continues to nag at me is; who stood to financially gain from the death of Nancy and Adam Lanza?

  3. The request made by the media for the death certificates was made under current law. Therefore, in my opinion, should be granted. You cannot change laws to fit every situation, otherwise there really would be no purpose for laws. It really is deeper than we thought, the corruption.

    • Ever since they changed the FISA laws giving the telecoms retroactive immunity for helping the feds illegally collect information on us for years previous to their “change” in the law, the law itself is meaningless where they are concerned. If they can do that, they can retroactively change any law that suits their needs. This case is no different. The requests should be granted since the law is as it stands right now. you are absolutely correct but just like in the FISA wiretapping case, they have something to hide (in that case they had to hide the fact that they weren’t spying on people communicating with “al Qaeda” overseas, but instead, everyone and everywhere)

    • I totally agree jodster, if it was the other way around, if you had commited a crime under a present law.. then the law was changed some time down the line…you would still be charged under the law standing.

  5. Hi Scott. Regarding Sandy Hook, have you given any thought to the theory that much of the helicopter footage could have been from an earlier drill? 1) The shed door was open as if already searched. That doesn’t fit the timeline of local law enforcement arriving early and trailing a perp past the shed. 2) The firehouse had no xmas lights when we know there were some up on the building on the actual day of the shooting. Were they still there during your visit? 3) Walking the guy from the woods to the front seat of the police car could have been just a diversion to confuse witnesses and researchers and unrelated to the prior helicopter footage 4) It would be astonishingly fast for a news helicopter to have arrived so soon after the incident.

Also have you given any thought to the theory that Adam Lanza changed his name 3 years ago to Ryan Lanza? There is a resemblance and Adam dropped off the face of the earth 3 years ago. Especially the photo on the SNL set with Peter and Adam – that Adam looks like Ryan.

  6. Sorry about the visit question…meant to delete that part. All the best.

  7. Also maybe Ryan was already in custody or completely cooperating with staged arrest photos at the ready (those never made any sense), with a controller doing his FB postings. I don’t think they would have left that part to chance, leaving him at large so he needed to be chased down and able to say anything he wanted. Now he and his “dad” are completely off the grid it seems. Assets.

Citizens For Legitimate Government — May 23, 2013 — Chief CT Attorney: ‘Truthers changed Freedom of Information landscape, so release of Sandy Hook details must be blocked’

Chief CT Attorney: ‘Truthers changed Freedom of Information landscape, so release of Sandy Hook details must be blocked’ –CT bill would suppress Sandy Hook crime scene photos 22 May 2013 A bill was brokered Wednesday by Gov. Dannel P. Malloy [regarding the crime scene] photos from the Sandy Hook Elementary School massacre. But civil libertarians oppose the legislation and Connecticut’s newspaper and radio executives warned Wednesday that suppression of information could set a bad precedent and create unintended consequences. The bill, a draft of which was released by the governor’s office late Wednesday afternoon, is crafted specifically to cover the crime-scene photos and 911 audio recordings of the December 14 shootings at the Newtown school. But it would also allow Town Clerk Debbie Aurelia to continue to withhold the death certificates for the 20 first graders and six adults murdered there… Chief State’s Attorney Kevin T. Kane said Wednesday that while mainstream news media traditionally avoid the use of graphic photos, bloggers and so-called truthers — who claim the Newtown murders are a hoax by officials with an anti-gun agenda — have changed the Freedom of Information landscape. Kane was seeking broader powers to prevent photos and recordings of graphic 911 calls from public release, but the draft narrows the scope to those murdered at Sandy Hook Elementary.
