New FBI Patsy Tries to Use WMD Against Citizens “Without Lawful Authority”… wait… What?

by Scott Creighton

“…the defendant did knowingly, intentionally, and without lawful authority attempt to use a weapon of mass destruction to wit: an explosive bomb, against persons and property within the United Statespage 1 criminal complaint

Let that sink in for a minute…

What? WTF did I just read?

A lot of websites are talking about the Quazi Mohammad Rezwanul Ahsan Nafis case and with very good reason. Here you have another bullshit FBI undercover set-up operation in New York where they find some young, stupid kid who hasn’t quite figured out that al Qaeda was created by and is run by U.S. and Pakistani intelligence services, and they set him up with their own plot and their own bomb in order to maintain the “terrorists in America” myth.

This case is particularly embarrassing for the FBI because apparently they had to get some poor dupe from Bangladesh to pull it off. I guess after no one showed up for their “Innocence of bin Laden” psyop in California, people in the states are wising up so the FBI is having to outsource their entrapment.

There are a lot of very interesting aspects to the story including the fact that apparently the undercover “agent” who set him up tried to get him to agree to a suicide attack and when Nafis said he wanted to go home first, they decided they should change the plan else risk losing their patsy.

Kid just wanted to go home… but the Justice Department needed a victory in the war on terror in light of all the bad press they are getting for Fast and Furious. Plus, as the Bush regime will tell you, a little counter-terrorism success goes a long way right before an election.

Here’s something else I found in the criminal complaint found here… (click on image for larger view)

Page 1 criminal complaint

“…the defendant did knowingly, intentionally, and without lawful authority attempt to use a weapon of mass destruction to wit: an explosive bomb, against persons and property within the United Statespage 1 criminal complaint

Uh. He tried to use a WMD against Americans “without lawful authority” huh? As opposed to what?

Let that sink in for a minute.

In what circumstances does someone actually have “lawful authority” to use WMDs “against persons and property within the United States”?

This I would LOVE to know. I would LOVE to hear that one argued in trial.

Another aspect of this case that’s interesting is how the criminal complaint is filed.

I read the entire thing. Very few actual quotes and several that seem to be taken out of context. But a lot of what appears to be deliberately prejudicing the case against him, but very few actual quotes which is amazing considering they claim they recorded all of his conversations.

Other “evidence” against him is a flash drive with a typed message from the suspect which serves as his “motive” and a video he supposedly recorded but his face is completely covered up and according to the complaint, he “disguised his voice”

This case stinks. But what do you expect when they rush some propaganda together right before the election?

If you read the complaint you will notice in his supposed flash drive rant (which of course could have been typed by anyone) the mention of the Federal Reserve Bank reads more like a commercial for the damn thing rather than someone ranting about wanted to wipe it out. It’s pretty stupid.

Still putting together some info on this. Thought you would like to see the complaint.

Just for the record, I guess using a WMD against the people of this country WITH lawful authority would be something like the FBI getting an asset to build a van bomb and set it off in the parking deck of the World Trade Center in ’93. I suppose that would be a case of that kind of thing.

How silly of me to get all weirded  out by that.

  1. Like most of these staged events, it will serve multiple purposes, I think.

As someone who has participated in protests against the Federal Reserve at one of the Federal Reserve banks, I immediately thought about the implications of this “foiled attack” on the Fed when it hit the news. It will now become darn near impossible to lawfully protest at any of the Federal Reserve banks without the police using the threat of “Al Qaeda” as an excuse to disperse the crowd, probably by far more forcible means than necessary. In other words, someone will probably be tased to death at one of the next End the Fed rallies. :/ The anti-Fed movement needed to be squelched; this is probably one attempt at doing so…

  2. Quazi…yeah, that’s a real name for sure!

  3. New York Fed ‘Bomber’ Is Bank Manager’s Son

    http://news.sky.com/story/999312/new-york-fed-bomber-is-bank-managers-son

    • OMG…. this is getting even more crazy…. does it sound like James Holmes!?

    • Yes, although it’s possible he did get lured into this rather than being completely innocent. This happened with the Times Square sting operation as well. I loved how the judge said that these people only became terrorists because the FBI made them into terrorists.

      • I think it’s a little more sinister than that…. The underwear bomber was also a banker’s son… What are the chances of two rich idiots giving up on their fortunes to go do a lame bombing in the US?

Just like Scott’s argument about Malala’s father financially benefiting from Malala’s psyop, perhaps borrowing owealthy and compromised people’s sons and daughters In return for god knows what favor, or kidnapping them to use as leverage towards uncooperative bankers, witnesses, etc. is maybe a common strategy with these psyops.

        • The Times Square bomber, bin Laden, Malala’s daddy, Umar Fizzlepants, this newest guy… and…. James Holmes… his father was a high ranking developer at FICA a financial instrument for the financial industry.

          Can’t be a coincidence anymore

      • So this is a message to anyone in the financial industry: “Don’t mess with the Fed”? Just like 9/11 was telling Americans to either conform or they might blow up and have it blamed on fictional terrorists.

  4. one case really is a blazing monument to the perfidy of the ADL/FBI so-called LAW ENFORCEMENT minions in covinous collusion with the jewish media to mass murder some “christians” in their home…

Interestingly when a Harvard lawyer called 911 the tapes [48hrs] reveal that the WTC bombing was in the background on the “news”…

which should raise some interesting questions given that the now-
L-3 Com building – at that time was Chrysler Technologies and was built to house 4 wide body jets simultaneously…go figure

the crime syndicate bringing in the cocaine with apparrent lawful complicity is also situated in the viewing parameters of the church that was assaulted with military equipment on a sunday morning…with apparrent lawful authority that in fact did not actually exist…go figure

  5. Good point at the end (and the entire article). That patsy recorded all of his conversations with his co-conspirators/FBI. The New York Times has the transcripts. It looks like they are screening their patsies a little better now.

  6. This caught my eye b/c of the Bangladesh, not sure if any bearing on anything, but thought i’d share http://galaxyhealthcare.co.in/

  7. I don’t care WHY this person tried to blow anyone up. I don’t care IF they were “set up.” IF anyone is stupid enough to engage in – or even be induced to engage in – a plot to harm US citizens, or even non-citizens in this country or elsewhere, the F them. They are the enemy – or one of many. IF you dance in the street, faces hidden by head-scarfs, fire AK’s into the air and dip your hands into sheep’s blood, declaring it to be the blood of Jews or the Great Satan every time an American dies, then I’d smoke a Tomahawk up you azz in a heartbeat. They’re just one more late-term abortion that should have happened years ago.

    • One of the “the”s should have been “then” as is “then F them.” Sorry I was so POed I mis-typed…

    • So the ‘agent’ was doing a job and pretending to want to blow up something….(he was getting a paycheck out of it) and the asset was playing along because he was getting something out of it too…so they both are wrong..so you should smoke a tomahawk up both their asses?!
anyone who promotes an act of violent terrorism and helps in the act of it is wrong also…
The asset wanted to stop the game… maybe he was thinking he could trap this strange man who was talking of such an act… and then he got scared of the entire mess….
the agent was taking part in an act of treason… he was wrong!

      • The ‘agent’ was smoking out treasonous bastards of the type that dragged Ambassador Stevens through the streets in Libya before and after repeatedly sodomizing him. (look that up)
There is no one, for any reason, who could convince me to take part in an act of terrorism against my country (the USA).
IF he (or you, or anyone) can be convinced to commit such an act, then you are the enemy and need to be exposed, tried, convicted, and, ultimately, executed.

        • The men who dragged Stevens down the streets in Libya were working for our State dept …. and yes, they were treasonous …..
and pretend that a man approaches you and befriends you and then begins talking about a plan to bomb ‘something’ for what ever reason that he thinks might appeal to you (after befriending you, he finds a few things that you don’t like)….
you are shocked but also a little intimidated… you have heard stories about CIA trying to snare people with these kind of stories… and you also realize that this man might just be a real possible terrorists…. so, maybe you play along to entrap him? or to find out what is going on?
You call the police about him and find out they just will ignore it… so then maybe you get scared again and tell the man you have changed your mind…. you don’t want this deal.
But….That man who tried to ensnare the other was wrong… Don’t you get it? It’s a crime to set up and trap a person in a ‘pretend’ situation where ‘you’ bring all the criminal evidence to the crime scene ….. in fact if you pay someone to commit a crime, you are just as guilty as the one who you hired…….
so the ‘agent, who sets up a patsy to commit a crime, is as guilty as the patsy….. because the crime would not have been done if the ‘agent’ had not promoted it and generated the needed items.
The agent was committing an act of treason.
