Aurora Massacre: "Prosecuters Say" = "Activists Say"... The Holmes show trial rolls along

James Holmes is being tried in the court of public opinion by prosecutors and their apparently complicit accessories, the judge, the MSM and Holmes’ own state provided “defense”

The prosecution is taking full advantage of the judge’s imposition of a rarely seen gag order combined with his sealing all of the relevant evidence of the case.

They are doing this by way of using the reporters in the court as their megaphone to the country. The press, trained by years of subservience to the institutional powers of the imperial aggression in the White House,  will dutifully parrot anything mentioned in court without scrutiny, without examination, no matter how ludicrous and self-serving such “revelations” are to the state.

As the prosecution sets up their fictitious motive (the “life was over” angle) claiming they want records from the medical school to prove their case, they simultaneously demand an “in camera review” of said “evidence” which means “in chambers” review, far away from the public eye.

The press will never know the validity of the statements they report on as fact.

“Hey! We have some evidence that proves this… but we don’t want you to actually see it! Just take our word for it” Powell on 9/11, Bush on Iraq WMDs, Obama on extra-judicial killings and the prosecution in the James Holmes “trial”

Just like the MSM is doing with regard to Syria and previously Libya, they are taking whatever the prosecutor says in court as verbatim fact and reporting it regardless of the fact that there is no evidence to support it. This is exactly like when the MSM reports on “activists say” news out of Syria. It’s completely baseless, they have to post a disclaimer somewhere in the article like “there is no way to verify these claims” but they go on to report them as fact anyway.

That is exactly what is happening right now in the James Holmes case and we should be damn angry about it.

Take for instance the prosecution’s claim that Holmes had been banned from the school. He wasn’t. According to officials at the school, he may have been banned from “restricted areas” like the research facility where he worked, but he was not banned from the campus altogether.

That didn’t stop the prosecution from making that statement, though they clearly knew the difference prior to making that statement in court. And it didn’t make the MSM outlets step back and wonder why the prosecution would make such an inflammatory statement in court. Instead, they simply regurgitated the deliberate misinformation as fact and a very few media sources eventually pointed out the “mistake”

But it wasn’t a mistake, it was deliberate.

Another example is the recent “news” out there that the prosecution has also stated in court that a classmate of Holmes’ now claims that he promised 4 months ago to go on a killing spree if his life were ever “over”

There is absolutely no evidence of this which can be processed and investigated by the press. The records are sealed and the gag order is in place.

Yet, every MSM outlet has rushed to publish this statement by prosecution as gospel truth.

“The defendant had conversations with a classmate about wanting to kill people in March 2012, and that he would do so when his life was over,” Arapahoe District Attorney Carol Chambers said in the filing dated Aug. 14 and made public Friday.” Newsday

There is no proof of this. No one can interview this witness and form a judgement as to his/her credibility. In fact, there is absolutely nothing that says this witness made this claim at all, or for that matter, nothing that proves this classmate ever met Holmes.

The “revelations” being reported by the press serve to answer one huge question many people have with this case: why?

There is no motive for this young man to have thrown his life away in such a manner and there is no explanation as to why he took out his alleged grievances on strangers in a movie theater.

The motive simply doesn’t exist. Until now.

This is part of the court filing put forward by prosecution knowing full well that there would be no evidence put out to the press to support ANY of these claims (click on image for larger view):

Secret wars, secret trade agreements, secret presidential directives, secret memos allowing for extra-judicial murder, secret tax filings, secret code to count votes, secret societies, secret oaths, secret trials and secret evidence.

As the prosecution puts out the “life was over” meme in an attempt to provide the MSM with that crucial missing piece of the puzzle, motive, the defense is sitting back doing next to nothing except allowing prosecution to unchallenged opportunities to poison the well with unsupported claims.

The only thing the defense seem to be presenting to the world is that they think their client is mentally ill, which serves the same purposes as prosecution.

Simultaneously as the prosecution is being allowed to put forward their unsupported claims in their request for the records from the Anschutz Medical Campus, they put forward a request to present that evidence “in camera” meaning it will be viewed in the judge’s chambers and not seen by the public. Glaring throughout all of this is how tightly woven the role of the Anschutz Medical Campus is to the entire prosecution of James Holmes.

1. The so-called “stick figure drawing” discovery was “found” at Anschutz
2. The statements by his alleged psychiatrist that she warned of his potential
3. The 90 packages all delivered to the Anschutz school rather than his home
4. The unsupported claim that he failed his oral exam
5. The “email” that Holmes supposedly sent to withdraw from class
6. The new classmate that claims he told him he planned on doing this

Everything is coming from the Anschutz school yet they won’t release documents to verify any of these claims and they forbid professors from talking to the press.

Now their records will be entered into court and never seen by the press for outside evaluation even though clearly the prosecution is tainting the jury pool well in advance of any real trial.

If we take them at their word, that Holmes was despondent over his alleged failure in school and for some unknown reason targeted innocent movie-goers in his rage, then we have to work very hard to overlook several other major issues with the official story namely the second gas mask, the discrepancy in the descriptions of the shooters, Holmes’ drugged out state when arrested, the fact they didn’t need to shoot him to detain him, the strange spine board lying near where Holmes was arrested, the goatee man who opened the door in the back of the theater, the calm experience manner in which a close quarters massacre took place at the hands of a young kid with no experience at all in harming anything and the obviously politically served circumstances of the attack itself which serves no one other than the oligarchy elites who seek to disarm America and destabilize the nation in preparation for savage austerity and martial law.

These facts, and they are FACTS, point to a very different explanation of what happened that night in that theater.

Now consider another rather OBVIOUS fact: while they are the key institution for providing all of this so-called evidence against Holmes, the Anschutz medical school has several very REAL motives for this attack.

1. Anschutz received 407 million dollars in federal/private grants and funding $407.3 million, “including a three-year, $1.5 million award from the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality to create the Center for Excellence in Research in Implementation Science and Prevention (CRISP).” The rest of the contracts seem to be secret. Military contracts could certainly be involved.
2. Anschutz purchased controlling interest in three theater chains in 2003 creating the Regal Entertainment Group. They have several theaters in Denver and Aurora and clearly Century 16 was one of their direct competitors.

Consider this:

• the evidence of the delivered equipment, rests in the control of the school itself, yet the equipment was delivered to the school…
• setting up Holmes would have been very easy for someone in the school close to him, perhaps a mentor, like say the one who claims Holmes was flunking out of school…
• who would have an easier time drugging Holmes with something that would keep him incapacitated for a long period than a school which specializes in that kind of research?

Remember when NIST turned to the owner of CDI (Controlled Demolition Inc) to prove that there had been no controlled demolition at the Twin Towers?

Turns out, the owner of CDI just happened to have been in New York for the two months leading up to the attack and spent time in Building 7. They had explosive handling licenses in New York leading up to the attacks. They had demolition crews in New York working for months prior to 9/11, and they admit their crew was on hand, at the Twin Towers, 7 minutes or so after the first plane hit the first tower. They had the contract to oversee the clean up of the site, putting them in charge… and the owner of the company himself admitted to calling friends of his that day living in downtown New York and warning them that the buildings were going to fall even though no steel sky-scrapper had ever collapsed due to fire.

And he’s the one who provided the evidence that there was no controlled demolition on 9/11: “didn’t sound like a controlled demolition” and “not enough glass was broken around the site”

No one ever tested for high explosive residue because this guy said it wasn’t necessary.

This is becoming the standard of proof in America which is that absolutely none is needed.
