FP Magazine: "Two Cheers" for the Terrorists Who Kill and Maim Our Troops

Foreign Policy magazine publishes praise of terrorist mercenaries, in full public view, the same ones who have killed and maimed our troops.

Tony Cartalucci recently pointed out over at the Landdestroyer blog, one of the most outrageous and insulting pieces of blatant propaganda that I have seen for quite sometime. It’s an article published by Foreign Policy magazine written by Gary Gambill which actually praises the same “Islamists” that have been killing U.S. troops in Iraq and Afghanistan with suicide bombs and IEDs and are still credited for killing and maiming them in Afghanistan right now.

Foreign Policy published a recent article literally titled, “Two Cheers for Syrian Islamists.” In it, general editor of the Neo-Con Middle East Forum Gary Gambill concedes that the Syrian government “would not be in the trouble it’s in today were it not for the Islamists,” revealing what the West and its media houses have attempted but failed at obfuscating – that the violence in Syria is the work of sectarian extremists, not “pro-democracy activists.” The latter’s existence was amplified by the Western media specifically to provide cover and legitimacy for the violence and subversion of the former.”  Tony Cartalucci

Gambill isn’t saying that we should support the “Islamists” as a generalized notion of the KIND of people that have been attacking and killing our troops… oh no…

… Gambill is saying that we must praise and give TWO CHEERS for the SAME Islamists who have killed and maimed our troops in two countries and now fight on Hillary Clinton’s side in another.

As Tony puts it, you have to see it to believe it… so here it is. This is what he says and below that is a screenshot of the article.

Here Gambill admits that the terrorists in Syria are targeting and murdering innocent Syrian people, many of them Christians, Jews, Alawites and others. This seemingly doesn’t bother the rabidly anti-Islamist Gambill in the slightest.

“Islamists – many of them hardened by years of fighting U.S. forces in Iraq — are simply more effective fighters than their secular counterparts. Assad has had extraordinary difficulty countering tactics perfected by his former jihadist allies, particularly suicide bombings and roadside bombs (IEDs). The Islamists’ ability to shatter the calm even in high-security neighborhoods of Damascus and Aleppo is slowly stripping away the regime’s outer layers of non-Alawite support.” Gary Gambill

Forget for a moment that Gambill is wrong and the terrorist attacks are uniting the Syrian people against the outside aggression who is actively paying for and supporting these terrorist attacks.

What Gambill is actually saying is that these guys who have “hardened” themselves by blowing the legs off your Iraq Veteran next-door neighbor MUST be praised for their cowardly efforts in Syria because now it serves our purposes.

Gambill is praising the terrorist monsters of our destabilization campaign right there in black and white. He even spells it out: “The Islamists’ ability to shatter the calm even in high-security neighborhoods of Damascus and Aleppo is slowly stripping away the regime’s outer layers of non-Alawite support“

Remember, Gambill is the general editor of a PR rag “think tank” called the Middle East Forum which purports to smoke out the “Islamist threat” which is ravaging our nation these days. Middle East Watch runs something called Islamist Watch “Islamist Watch specifically does not deal with counterterrorism but works to establish that lawful Islamism is by and of itself a threat.”. Middle East Watch is run by Daniel Pipes if that gives you any indication of what they are.
