It would appear the the prosecution is withholding crime scene photos and recordings of interviews with James Holmes from the defense. Again, reports are that he seemed “distracted” and didn’t say a word in court while some woman jumped up in the back of the court room claiming to have important information for the defense. She was immediately removed. I’m surprised the lynch-mob didn’t string her up immediately or burn her at the stake for being a witch.
“King said that so far the defense team has received 2,677 pages of documents from the prosecution. Most of those are written reports by police officers. King said the prosecution has not yet shared any photographs, recordings of interviews or expert reports.” Denver Post
According to reports, some woman stood up in the courtroom during the proceedings and claimed to have “important information” for the defense. She was removed.

There is no telling what she was talking about but the article claims a reporter spoke to her before the hearing and that she left her computer bag in the media area… seems like she might be a blogger?
The judge did not issue a ruling but the media are starting to report on a few of the conflicting reports that were put out immediately after the shooting.
I also found out that the case was originally sealed by the judge, by request of the prosecution, on Friday the 20th of July, the same day of the attack. Pretty odd there for them to make that request so early in the process.

I guess Holmes attorney said there was some law where they have to provide the evidence they have within 20 days. What has it been, 19?
Does anyone else think it’s a bit unethical for Holmes’ public pretender to be willfully ignoring vital information to the defense that someone is trying to pass on to them?
Holmes’ parents must really hate his ass if they are gonna let a public defender handle this case for their son.

He doesn’t really look the same to me. Looks really close, but my buddy just called me yesterday because he saw a guy that looked exactly like me driving a 70′s muscle car. (like less then a mile away from where I live) He thought it was me and hit me up and asked why I was drivin that car, if I got a new ride. He was tripping because he drove right next to the guy and got a good look at him. Not too many people look like me either.
I am familiar with the idea of people looking just like other people, it is very common. The teeth are a dead giveaway tho, notice how we don’t see them in any of the James Holmes photos, new or old. Actually there is that old video of James Holmes in high school and he does smile I think when she cracks that slurpie machine joke.
I think in the university photo he looks much older than he does in the jail photo – that is my opinion though
I agree with you…seems very odd the me that the parents have hired an attorney for themselves but not for their son who is facing the death penaly…..they are an affluent family from San diego with the means to hire a top notch attorney for their son. I am wondering why they have not been more vocal..maybe through their attorney about the inconsistancies in the evidence,,,,,,They might even hire an private investigator to save their son…..I am not at all bashing the parents….I just think they know something or have been told, threatend to stand down and shut up…..
A good defense attorney is going to color James hair back to its original color and clean him up….rahter than allowing him to continue to appear with that orange hair. There is something very wrong here…..as for the woman that stood up in court claiming to have evidence……it seems that she is risking alot by doing that…..she might have some compelling evidence that everyone is ignoring….maybe she has tried to contact the defense but has been ignore…???

It’s funny too how they tell the truth in a way, if they they release any of the evidence from this case to the public, it is going to jeopardize the trial. The researchers out here are gonna go over it with a fine tooth comb, a million times more then his own “defense” will.
I wonder why Holmes isn’t talking to his attorneys and claiming his innocence. Is he still being drugged? Who is giving him these drugs? Why is he acting crazy? Is someone this crazy as he is acting even capable of such an advanced operation? He can’t even talk or tell what’s going on? How the hell was he making sophisticated bombs? Is that possible? Is this the state he was in when he supposedly carried out the crimes? He’s either heavily drugged, or putting on an act imo. It seems to much like they want us to think he’s putting on an act tho. They are being so shady about this whole thing, it raises a lot of suspicions considering all the funky shit going on with this case.
Local Denver News just identified the woman as Allison Michelle Earns (spelling?) and that the judge told her to call the public defender’s office with her information.
They also interviewed some guy who was in the theatre who said “he looks so much smaller with no body armour” (uh, point being?)
But the summary of the entire piece contained not much of what you said above (no shock); the main point was that the defense thought he was “mentally ill!”

I sincerely hope that the defense leaves no stone unturned and investigates *everything*–even to the extent of checking JH for a brain tumor or other disease (in addition to schizophrenia, etc.) that could cause neurological problems that have rendered him vulnerable to attack (or to attacking, if it actually went down that way).
Although I hope that the public defenders are aboveboard, I have misgivings about the extent of their motivation to help JH’s case. I mean, what if you had information that would exonerate one of the most hated accused killers in recent history? Would you work hard to prove the person’s innocence, knowing that your salary is funded by the taxpayers, many of whom might seriously want you dead if you get this guy off the hook? While I pray that the public defenders do the right thing to the best of their abilities, I can’t help but feel that it’s not enough. Someone’s potentially innocent (or at least not-fully-culpable) life hangs in the balance here…
Meanwhile, the sentiment and simplistic thinking of the general public is appalling. I actually read a quote from a guy who said that no degree of mental illness is any excuse for what happened. Really? As if someone who has lost all ability to discern reality (someone who might, for instance, think he’s the Joker personified), can be expected to somehow retain a moral or ethical code? Someone who, earlier in the disease, sought out psychiatric care and help actually wants and chooses to destroy his life and career and family and community? Why would any one want to “punish” someone with a devastating mental illness? Am I missing something–can you “punish” someone enough to knock the disease right out of them?
Here’s hoping that the public defenders read this blog in its entirety and that this case continues to stink to the highest heavens until it’s waft reaches the hearts and minds of the critical mass needed to effect change.
I agree regarding his defense. I hope they’re on the up and up, and actually attempting to defend him. I find it interesting that the only thing that gets leaked about anything is his being ‘mentally ill.’ I don’t believe James did this, and I don’t believe he’s mentally ill. I don’t know if he’s being drugged, or what the heck is going on, but I think he is a victim in all of this.
There’s just way too much secrecy around all of this. This was supposed to be such a cut and dry case, why is the Prosecution so protective of their evidence? They are hiding EVERYTHING. And the media is helping them.
Yeah. Maybe mind-control/drugging activities started months ago, but he was unable to distinguish these episodes from mental illness (all memories wiped due to scopolamine, etc.), so he sought psychiatric help, and perhaps medication, for what he thought was a defect on his part. Maybe he is not mentally ill after all.
OT/tangent: On another note, I just have to remark on the video that someone posted elsewhere in this blog in which a newscaster clearly states that Holmes’ apartment complex manager indicated he had just moved in a few weeks earlier. It sounded as if the newscast had actually contacted the apartment complex and obtained that statement. This report was made prior to the Wisconsin shooting. So, did they get their psy-ops mixed up? If not, where were all the weapons shipments delivered to? Was Holmes’ former address the initial–and apparently incorrect–address visited by police? Maybe he hadn’t updated his driver’s registration to the new address?
If Holmes had plotted for weeks or months to essentially end his life in a flurry of bullets and tear gas and sophisticated bombs, why did he tell neighbors he was looking to move and ask them if they knew of any vacancies in nearby apartment buildings? Why did he post personal ads shortly before the shooting, one of which indicated he wanted to have kids, and all which indicated what he liked to do on Fridays? Doesn’t sound like someone expecting his life to take a drastic turn.

James Holmes is obviously suffering from a “visible” disease that is well known to cause psychosis in some cases — namely, hypothyroidism and thyroiditis.. The thin and partly-missing, outer-ends of his eyebrows is generally a sign of hypothyroidism.. And if you look closely a his photos, just below his adam’s apple, the early photos show a slightly concave (hollow) area, while his more recent photos show a slightly swollen area that is a sure indication of thyroiditis.
A careful search of the medical literature will uncover reports of hallucinations and other psychotic symptoms as not-uncommon symptoms in cases of hypothyroidism and autoimmune thyroiditis, and in the less-common “Hashimoto’s Encephalopathy”.. Holmes needs a complete thyroid evaluation for his defense — however if he is receiving “forced medication”, that medication might be unfairly blamed for the entirety of his “measurable” (by blood test alone) thyroid dysfunction, if any is positively identified.. Ultrasound and/or needle biopsy of the thyroid itself could positively identify his thyroiditis, in order that it not be blamed on any forced medication.

I agree that a disorder such as the one you describe is probably to blame for whatever prompted him to go to a psychiatrist. In fact, I am from the school of believe that finds nearly all illness–physical and mental–is caused by environmental factors (food sensitivities, chemicals, gmos, toxins, radiation, etc.). Even genetic mutations require an environmental (“epigenetic”) actor.
As someone suffering from an autoimmune disorder myself that has effed up my endocrine system and that has its origins in environmental illness, I can attest to the dramatic effects of simply removing/avoiding particular environmental factors from one’s life. Even parents of autistic children have noticed dramatic changes in their kids after simply avoiding gluten and other foods known to harbor mycotoxins. And, it’s well established that eliminating fructose and refined sugar can alleviate, if not cure, depression. Further, I personally know someone who has borderline personality disorder that is environmentally mediated (triggered by food allergies, etc.). Anyways, I’m getting off topic here, but I’d bet my house that Holmes and others of his ilk have a host of environmental sensitivities. He doesn’t stand a chance of recovery on prison food…
I just don’t understand why his parents haven’t hired anyone. Or maybe they have, and we just haven’t heard about it?

I know right?! I say anything about how I question this case and Holmes’ guiltiness and I get an “are you serious” face. Yet, none can discuss anything more than whatever they’ve been fed in the news. A cursory glance at the crime scene is enough to raise an eyebrow, delve in a smudge further and you have substantial reasonable doubt. But hey, Chick- fil-A is saying mean things about people, let’s focus on that!

Well, his lawyers apparently asked the judge NOT to unseal the case, saying it would be “too premature”. I’m not sure what is going on there.

Actually, now that I’m looking into this more, I can totally see now that TMZ jacked this up. They obviously looked at the Peek U website for James Holmes, which links to all the freaking sites that the 52-year-old OTHER James Holmes from Aurora visited! THAT dude’s handle is/was LDMaster. The report about the prostitute reviews has been wrongly attributed to the 24-year-old Holmes. As for the one prostitute who claims she had two flings with him, he was obsessed with her hair, etc., well, I suppose they could pull anyone out of the woodwork to concoct such a tail. It would probably be good for her “business,” too. If the prostitute story is wrong, then it leads me to question whether Holmes, who had no Facebook or Twitter or Youtube accounts that we know of, would suddenly create Adult Friend Finder, OKCupid, and Match.com profiles before losing his marbles…

Whoever that woman is, judging from the article I read, it sounded like she had already tried to get into contact with his defense, and that they didn’t want to talk to her. It almost came across like yesterday was a last resort for her.
Here is an interesting read from a person who use to work in a large cinema complex. This person goes into what safety precautions are done in the event of the fire escape alarm going off and smoke alarms going off.
I was not aware they used a projectionist anymore (thought every movie was computerised) but here is a quote from the post that rang bells…
“Second, Batman was filmed using IMAX and 70mm film, which means a projectionist should have been up in the booth, and the projectionist has their own fire alarm system which they can trigger in case of any problems. The reason is because historically the projector has been the trigger of many fires, often the projection booth is isolated for fire safety, and a small window gives the projectionist a view of the screen and audience”.
It scares me to think that even the projectionist may have possibly been in on this too. Either that or the projectionist wasn’t in the booth at the time. How convenient.

It is a really interesting read.
I used to work in projection and thought lots of the same things, plus likely more than one projectionist was working, movies come out on Friday, lots of putting together new ones, breaking down and moving ones already there etc. How conveniently so for him that the movie happened to be in the theater that has an emergency exit opening up to the middle of the back of the theater with stairs leading to up to the projection booth right beside the door. Also, you would know when to time your shooting with the other screening’s scene, and when that scene is about to come up because you watch the movies the night before to make sure nothing is wrong with them. I was trying to find a map of inside that theater to find the stadium sizes of the auditoriums, I couldn’t find one, but I was looking to see if they put the premiere in their biggest stadium (which they would likely do unless some auditorium’s projector has a special format it plays..), and if not I’d find that fishy. Think about how lucky he got,.. no usher at door to tear his ticket and see his face, he evaded the security camera in front (I’m assuming because we have no footage), nobody could provide any details of how he looked besides ‘some guy’.. and he got a seat right next to the exit door of a sold out theater when the movie was first starting. How fortuitous for someone who didn’t plan a shred of it, yet you stand by (or sit inside) your car and do not attempt to run…
I would like to see a map of the layout too but we won’t. Good point about the projectionist viewing the movie the day before. How many theatres were showing Batman that night? Was it three or four?
I don’t know how many, my guess would be just two, since we haven’t heard from anyone in any other theaters besides 8 and 9… but that’s a complete assumption.
Actually on the Truth about James Holmes facebook, there is a picture of the inside of theater 9 somewhere. It was a link to a guy who tours and reviews theaters.
There is at least three. I read a blog by an asian girl yesterday who said when they bought tickets the first two showings were sold out. She had pictures of her ticket stubs and all. I will try and find it.
There’s lots of things that do not add up regarding the staff. How is it possible that on the opening night of the biggest movie of the year an emergency exit door can be opened and nobody goes to check on it? Theaters all over the place were sold out in advance, I’m sure people getting their friends and family in for free through exits would be a concern.
I’ve never worked at a theater but I would assume security measures are generally heightened on midnight openings of huge movies.
I cannot believe the movie was still playing with people being killed left right and centre! The employees must of been in on it or nobody was there.
Or maybe theater 9 employee was in the bathroom or something….. I think these movies (once they are started) can run without assistance…..
but again… the first 30 minutes of a movie is probably when the employee should be most alert to exit doors and theater activity….

and then when the shooting started…. I guess the wall that separates the audience from the movie reel room is as thin as the walls between the individual theaters…. so maybe the employee was wounded/ or maybe he just ran… to safety? If the shooter came up the stairs from exit and started shooting… then most of the audience is UP another set of stairs…. right where the movie reel room is too… so bullets flying upward…….. ???
They run by themselves once you start them, it’s just that you’d more than likely hear gunshots if they were in the auditorium, especially if those two movies were the only ones playing. Plus, the moment somebody was aware of the shooting, the manager more than likely radioed the projectionist to notify them to at least stay away from the glass just in case, or stop the movie or something…. the general employees would not have access to the projection booth, just managers and projection workers. And you are not on the level with the audience, you are far enough up so that no person can interfere with the movie projecting on the screen, you can’t even jump up and reach it… I do not think the shooter made it to the top, .. 1 min and 30 seconds he was shooting and calmly walking around randomly picking people off… he wouldn’t make it to the top and back down out the exit, which is another thing… I was reading interviews and eyewitnesses were saying they didn’t see him exit the theater. If he did, he’d have blood on his shoes… apparently the blood was all over the floor, you’d have to step over some people you already shot that tried to run…The whole scenario doesn’t make sense.

When the alarm goes off, the lights are supposed to come on and the movie should stop automatically.

I believe we are still only present in this one reality at once, all the unactivated possibilities are available, but there’s some kind of rules as to which way we all go in our individual lives, because everyone’s realities still have to mesh with each others.
You just can’t have 300 million people all winning the lottery at once on one day, it just wouldn’t make sense.
I think that the alternate unlimited realities remain dark until activated, because we can only be in one at once. You would never even know about the alternate ones until we experience them. Kind of like a 3-D flip book where we are flipping through one of infinite (potentially, but there appears to be rules and factors re: which one we end up taking) possibilities.
What I think is going on is, we are all in this one together. Everything everyone does affects other people’s realities as well as their own. Because we are all in the same reality, get it? If I decide to eat an apple, that happened in your world too, and everyone elses. That’s how we’re all connected.

Ever notice how rich people usually get their wealth by fitting their story into everyone elses, by filling a need other people want to buy? Either that or by trickery and theft, like some people do.
What if you had the ability to just block out potential future realities where someone was trying to do you harm?
What if your thoughts and the choices you made, along with believing in the achievability of your dreams, allowed you to access realities (in the future) outside of even what you once thought was possible? There are infinite realities, but I think we can only exist in one at one time. Every second of every day we are entering into a different reality. Every time anything happens, we just entered a new reality, get it?
That thread got me thinking about the way the world really works, and how much individual power we may really have. If we all loved one another and knew to wish the best for everyone else, then maybe the whole world would start getting better and better.
I have been thinking a lot about this lately, too, Chris, particularly with respect to raising consciousness and awareness concerning the Aurora case. Many people have only just begin to awaken from the haze of the 9-11 spell of lies they’ve been under for the past decade, and I think they can feel it somewhere deep inside, feel that something is not right with this case, but they are not yet awake enough to pinpoint what is wrong. Even the regrettable “Holmies”–a fanclub of sorts that makes serious inquiry into this case seem crazy and farcical–even those people, I think, on a very primitive, subconscious level pick up on the fact that the suspect isn’t what he’s been maligned to be.
We are living in times in which it is of the utmost importance to focus on the timeline we want for ourselves and NOT to focus on how bad things are or how fearsome The Powers That Be seem to be. The timeline we focus on will expand, will become real–just like the quantum mechanical wave function that collapses into being when you observe it.
To that end, I choose to focus on a timeline in which miracles occur, the truth is revealed, Holmes maybe wins public sympathy and support due to a curable brain tumor that is discovered or something that explains away any crazy behavior, the real perpetrators are brought to light and justice, and the whole house of mind-control cards and hidden cabal agendas crashes down for good. Maybe this tragedy is the turning point if we choose it to be.
If we see the bad stuff that is happening and we think about it all the time… then we bring more bad stuff into our lives? We are at fault? Oh I hope not…. then if doctors study illness and look for it in their…. patients.. do the doctors transfer an illness to their patient…. I don’t think so…..
I understand what you are saying….. but a person can’t ignore their surroundings …. a car is racing toward you… you have to react.. and get out of the way… you can’t simple visualize the car ‘away’….
but if we do care about each other and respect each other and wish the best for all…and do not cause any direct harm to any one…. if we could all do that.. then yes the world would be so much better…
There exists a possible reality where the car narrowly misses you. A reality where you swerve out of the way to safety. I’m just wondering how our realities interact with each other, in this main matrix we are all in, and what is really possible if you start manifesting new realities minute by minute, thought by thought. Technically every nanosecond or whatever, we all enter into a new reality.
If I smile, that is me accessing the new possible reality where I’m smiling. If I go pick up dog shit in my back yard, I’m manifesting a new reality timeline where the dog shit on my lawn isn’t there. It’s a trip when you think about it like that. Anything is possible, theoretically, possible realities exist where great miracles are happening.

I have looked through this blog as well as others and performed quite a few google searches for this to no avail. His website gives only general info… And google searches are overwhelmed with the JH case the moment yo put his full name in.

Holy crap, this is news to me: A cop was shot during the Aurora massacre?!!!!! Also, a male and female cop apparently were inside or near theater 8, advising patrons to exit shortly after the shooting. Who is the office who got shot? HOW did he get shot, and BY WHOM and WHEN???? Document this stuff, gang, before it disappears!

question: how does she know it is a cop? Is it because the wounded person had on tactical gear? Wish we could ask her ….. maybe she saw the other ‘shooter’ who some had said that maybe he was shot?
Is it odd that both witnesses in the above clips described the crowd leaving the theaters as “like prairie dogs”?
They’re husband and wife, so this would account for it. I think the point they wanted to make was that some people weren’t really taking things seriously enough, like keeping heads down as they scurried from the building.

Not sure how believable this is. I haven’t listened to the video yet, but I have a really hard time believing that Chief Oates wouldn’t advertise that a cop was shot.
