The Associated Press and Others Lie About Syria, Clinton Openly Threatens Civilians, and the Washington Post Presents Monsters as Heroes

So what do you do when your targeted nation agrees to allow observers into their country so that they can see the Syrian government is not wiping out their innocent civilians just for the fun of it? What do you do when you are all set for yet another very profitable “humanitarian intervention blitzkrieg” bombing campaign and subsequent resource grab, and someone throws a wrench into the works like “diplomacy”?

Well, you lie of course. You just make shit the fuck up and get your “news” organizations to spread those lies to the indignant masses. That’s what you do. Just like the “new model” plan they perfected in Libya. It doesn’t matter how many people know the lies are lies, just so long as everyone who matters goes on citing the lies as truth.

The Associated Press wrote an article today which is now proudly displayed at MSNBC, Fox News, Salon, TIME, CBS News, and several other “news” organizations.  The article, titled “Syrian troops attack despite Arab peace plan” is obvious propaganda which wouldn’t pass as legitimate journalism in a middle school weekly news page.

The sources of the information claiming that the regime they want to see removed attacked innocent civilians are “unnamed activists” and their important message comes to the Associated Press via a British group called the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights. Remember, Britain is a leading member of NATO and the British banks like Bank of England stand to gain a lot when the Assad regime falls and they are allowed to move in and dice up the country.

You have to go all the way to the end of the article to see what these claims are based on. Notice there are no photographs. Apparently the “activists” can get word out all the way to England about these supposed atrocities, yet they can’t use the camera built into every cell phone on the planet.

“Syrian troops stormed a central town and a northwestern region in search of regime opponents on Saturday, activists said, a day after the government agreed in principle to allow the Arab League to send observers to oversee a peace plan proposed by the 22-member bloc.

The attacks on the town of Shezar in the central province of Hama and on the restive Jabal al-Zawiya region near the Turkish border came as pressure mounted on Damascus to end its eight-month crackdown on anti-government protesters. The unrest has killed more than 3,500 people since mid-March, according to U.N. estimates.

The British-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights and another activist group called the Local Coordination Committees said land and cellular telephone lines as well as electricity were cut in the Jabal al-Zawiya region, where army defectors have been active for months….

… The attacks on Jabal al-Zawiya came two days after an army force in the nearby area of Wadi al-Deif came under attack by army defectors, a clash that lasted four hours and left an unknown number of casualties among troops loyal to Assad, an activist said.

The activist, who spoke on condition of anonymity because of the sensitivity of the matter, said troops fired heavy machine guns mounted on armored personnel carriers.” Associated Propaganda

These “activists” are activists in the same line that the Contras were “activists” in Nicaragua back in the Reagan days. They are “activists” like the al Qaeda linked Libyan rebels who have been steadily killing political opponents and black Libyans since NATO and the Obama administration were successful in bringing democracy to Libya.

These aren’t activists. Activists are the people getting beat up in the Occupy Wall Street movements all across the country and the rest of the world. Activists are the people who marched with MLK down in Selma or sat in the Whites Only section of the lunch counter. They are “activists”

The Associated Press is heralding thugs, murders, liars, and opportunists who see a chance to take part in an underground coup de dat which they hope will secure them a cushy place in the newly neoliberalized Syria. These, by definition, are terrorists. They are waging an unprovoked war, attacking civilian police forces and civilians alike, in order to destabilize Syria enough to force a change of the political system. THIS… IS… TERRORISM and no legitimate news source could possibly miss that point by accident.

CBS has gone one step further in their efforts to aid in the fabrication for a justification of war. In a CBS News interview Hillary Clinton makes it perfectly clear that regime change is their first and foremost goal in Syria and she actually threatens the lives of Syrian civilians in the process with a smirk on her face. Her threat isn’t even slightly masked. The interview snippet was set up by Harry in what one would have to call slightly prejudicial…

“There is another dictator our president wants to see go. Assad in Syria. Assad has been killing civilians in Syria, perhaps thousands, ever since an uprising began 8 months ago.” Harry Shaffer

“Look. Assad’s going to be gone, it’s just a question of time. What we hope is that they avoid a civil war, that they avoid greater bloodshed, that they make the changes they should have been making all along.” Hillary Clinton

That is a terrorist threat. Clinton is saying that the Assad regime should leave so they can enact their globalist “free market” reforms to Syria, locking the people of Syria into endless debt servitude to the global bankers, or NATO will bomb civilians and civilian infrastructure just like they did in Libya. That is by definition… TERRORISM… and it is openly on display from the secretary of state, Hillary Clinton.

The Syrian government is responding to terrorist attacks within their country paid for by forces from outside their country. The modern day Mockingbird press corps can’t deny that fact. The Washington Post has to admit that the so-called “Free Syrian Army” is actually based out of Turkey and they are running over the border killing Syrians and then escaping back to Turkey.

“Stamped with the logo of the Free Syrian Army — a group of soldiers who have defected from the regular army and to form a rebel force along the Turkish border… Capt. Aiham al-Kurdi, a member of the Free Syrian Army who is in Turkey…” Washington Post

In what turns out to be rather disturbing aspect of the article, the Washington Post published a photo of a group claiming to be the Free Syrian Army and that photo and the audio of the Free Syrian Army attack on a Syrian tank which the Washington Post also published, left me with one very uncanny recollection.

During the FSA video of the attack on the Syrian tank, members of the Free Syrian Army can be heard shouting “Allahu Akbar” over and over again. Here is the photo of the Free Syrian Army:

Imagine guys like these being held up as heroes in the United States and by papers like the Washington Post for that matter.

What did I think of when I looked at this photo and heard the audio track of the video screaming “Allahu Akbar” “Allahu Akbar” “Allahu Akbar“?

I thought of Nick Berg.

For those of you who haven’t seen the video I don’t recommend it. Suffice it to say Nick died while the terrorists shot the video screaming “Allahu Akbar” “Allahu Akbar” “Allahu Akbar“.  It’s the kind of video that stays with you.

How is it that we now glorify people like this when they were once the monsters we told our children were hiding in every nook and cranny in Afghanistan?

The Washington Post, the Associated Press, CBS News… they are all playing a horrific game, Hillary Clinton’s horrific game, spinning monsters into heroes and innocence into guilt.

The onslaught of propaganda is deafening, like a for-profit tidal wave hurdling at us from just off-shore. It comes at us from all sides. The numbers of the very few who still dare to speak out against it are dwindling as the rational voices of reason come to understand there just may be no future in Truth anymore in the face of such well-organized, well-funded, all encompassing deceit.
