UK, US, Israel threaten War on Iran – Interview on RT (Uh… really?)

(Really? It’s not the Daily Mail that had that article, the interviewee was wrong on that count, it was the Guardian.)

 Yet the JC ended its report suggesting that at least “privately, senior MoD officials flatly refuted suggestions that Britain was ready to be part of a US-led attack on Iran.”  Source

(Contrary to our local hasbara megaphones here in the states, NATO and the UK do not support a first strike on Iran nor does it seem they would be up for that particular fight. Guess Syria is next after all.)

Israeli hasbara insists that an attack on Iran is compatible with both Western interests and NATO strategy. For example, this week Israel released information about an IAF exercise in NATO’s bases in Italy. The statement was made to create the impression that any future Israeli aggression against Iran enjoys Western backing. NATO however was quick to disassociate itself from any such attack. NATO leader Fogh Rasmussen confirmed in a press conference that the alliance has no intention whatsoever of intervening in Iran.
