G*ddamn, I hate Ron Paul.
Let’s get this straight; Ron Paul is nothing more than a kinder/gentler face for the Chicago School neoliberalization program supported by the neocons on one side and the Clitonista/Obama New Dems on the other.
He is yet another flavor of the oligarchical corporatist tools, who fully expected his son to be handed a seat in the senate, by birthright, and therefore a government paycheck for the rest of his life.
Now Ron is helping to bolster the neoliberal calls for the pending doom of Social Security while he himself knows full well just how nice his government pension entitlement check is going to be for him and his corporatist kid.
Ron Paul is a pathetic fraud. Let’s hope this opens the eyes of some of his sleep-walking supporters.
I remember back in the early days of the Truth movement, Ron went on Alex Jones’ show and feigned allegiance to the Truth movement. Each and every Truth thread back in those days was eventually hijacked by the Ron Paul Revolutionaries, spewing their uncritical, unconditional love of the man and his “Truth to Power” ways.
But as soon as wind of this got round to the MSM, in his first interview which asked him about 9/11, he immediately announced his support of the official story. But Ron keeps winning his elections on the backs of well-meaning though naive Truth advocates who still for some reason keep donating to his “money bombs”
But Ron Paul is a fraud. Always has been. He is not anti-establishment, he is the embodiment of the establishment, corporatist agenda sellouts in Washington.
His job is to take the dissidents and angry youth whose very futures are being stolen from underneath them by the very same policies that Ron Paul tricks them into supporting.
Let’s not even start into the connections between the Libertarian (big “L”) Party and the American Liberty League that tried to hire Smedley Butler to overthrow Roosevelt in 1933 in order to destroy the New Deal and install a fascist state here in America.
Let’s not even talk about the Libertarian Party being created right after the Lewis Powell Memo came out which laid out the overall plans for turning the United States into an anti-democratic corporatist state.
Instead, let’s just take a peak at the latest neoliberal Chicago School agenda that Ron Paul has thrown his support behind; it’s getting to be a rather long and pretty complete list of every single Milton Friedman “Shock therapy” wish list item.
The latest austerity scam that Ron Paul is attempting to help facilitate is the coming destruction of Social Security. And of course, Alex Jones, the self-promoting opportunist of the Truth Movement, is the one to give this neoliberal fraud a forum for his disinformation.
“Social Security is simply a tax. Like all taxes, the money collected is spent immediately as general revenue to fund the federal government. But no administration will admit that Social Security is nothing more than an accounting ledger with no money. You will collect benefits only if future tax revenues materialize as hoped; the money you paid into the system is long gone.” Ron Paul
The easiest way to steal something from someone to convince them they never had it in the first place. This is an old trick employed by neoliberal economic hit-men for many decades now.
By calling Social Security a “tax” he is parroting the Obama administration’s current Bush Tax Cut bill where they also called reductions of Social Security payments a “tax break” for the working class. This redefining of the Social Security program will certainly benefit the neoliberals as they cater to those Americans opposed to any tax of any kind.
What is inherently evil about what Ron Paul is doing is painfully obvious.
Though Ron Paul himself will certainly enjoy an excessive retirement program from his time in congress that will afford him a very comfortable lifestyle, for life, here he is deliberately attacking the ONLY income many Americans DEPEND ON for the very cat food they eat every month.
Now …pay attention to what he writes…
“When it comes to Social Security, we must understand that the system does not represent an old age pension, an “insurance” program, or even a forced savings program. It simply represents an enormous transfer payment, with younger workers paying taxes to fund benefits…”
“My hope is that at least some members of the new Congress will cut through the distortions and see Social Security as it really is. The best way to fix the impending Social Security crisis is also the simplest: allow younger individuals to opt out of the program and use their tax savings to invest privately as they see fit. This is the true private solution. Your money has never been safe in the government’s hands, and it never will be.” Ron Paul
Understand what the Ron Paul Revolution hero is saying.
What he is saying is that there is NO MONEY in Social Security and therefore the ONLY thing keeping the system going (and keeping alive the elderly, poor, Americans who have paid into the system their entire lives) is the revenues of younger Americans who are working and paying into the system now.
What is his “HOPE”?!
What is his fucking “HOPE”?!
His HOPE is that congress will pass a law allowing those young people to stop paying into that system…
And by his own statements, what that will do is to destroy the financial system that is keeping alive millions of retired and poor Americans. That is an inescapable conclusion of what he wrote.
They… will… starve. Because according to Ron Paul, the only thing keeping those payments coming to poor retired Americans, are the payments being made by young working Americans…. the payments that he hopes will end.
That is Ron Paul’s “HOPE“.
In his retirement, Ron Paul will sit back and enjoy a life of plenty, sucked from the tax-payers coffers on his government pension, you talk about a “welfare queen”, you ain’t seen nothing till you start to look into the pension programs these congressmen have created for themselves.
And he has already made sure his son was entitled to a piece of that government pie as well.
What a piece of sh*t.
What a disgusting human being.
I’m sorry. I don’t typically write like this. But I am astounded at what passes for anti-establishment these days. I can only “HOPE” that the Truth movement has finally “woken up” to the Ron Paul act after this disgusting display.

Yes, why when we are enslaved to pay off derivatives contracts to off shore banks in the name of upholding good order, is Congress allowed to openly call for repudiation of the full faith and credit of the United States when it comes to the BONDS the looters left in the SS trust?
Right. Agreed.
I also like to point out his absurd position in favor of a gold standard for money. That would benefit only the people who own the gold now. And who owns nearly all of the world’s gold, above and below ground? The Rothschilds, of course. Their frontmen provide the public faces for all the giant mine companies and merchants of precious metals and jewelry.
In a related matter, a search of this website shows that you haven’t written the name Eustace Mullins. Can it be true? There’s no more reliable source than the late great Mullins’ books. The most important ones are linked on the =party website, linked on my name.
enlightening. thanks!
Paul is a lying piece of ##**.
SS program has over 2 trillion in surplus funds…. the government has borrowed it and replaced it with treasury bonds….. bonds that the current government does not want to pay back…….. the generations of SS payers have invested in a government pension fund that works…. any SS payment made by a worker is matched by their employer…. a law passed by our government that forces workers to save for retirement and forces the employer to participate. Corporations would love to have the SS laws destroyed…. it would put millions back into their pockets.. their rich pockets.
It is not a tax……
If young workers are forced to place their money into private investors stocks…. then you know what will happen…. the money will be dropped into the pockets of the rich….. and the young workers will reach retirement age with no pension or SS to fall back on…… haven’t they already discussed raising retirement to 75?
Thank you!!! Scott I Iove you. Finally someone said what needed to be said. I’m sick and tired of the Ron Paul cult.
“In his retirement, Ron Paul will sit back and enjoy a life of plenty, sucked from the tax-payers coffers on his government pension, you talk about a “welfare queen”, you ain’t seen nothing till you start to look into the pension programs these congressmen have created for themselves.”
-Worth repeating.
Anyone find this surprising when Ron Paul admires Zionist Ayn Rand, you know the libertarian who wrote “The Virtue of Selfishness” lol.
Oh and back in the day our “anti-zionist” hero Ron Paul did NOT condemn Israel’s bombing of Iraq’s nuclear reactor. Then we wonder who 911, Iraq war, Afghanistan war, Pakistan war, START treaty facade, anti Islam propaganda, and Wikileaks is serving.
You’re the few people left who are reliable.
Yeah James, it looks like they are looking to push a new global currency with gold backing.
Nothing would give the Rothchilds more power than to base the new global currency on a gold standard. Which of course is what Paul supports.
agreed, Ron Paul is another puppet of the establishment. He is the right wingers Kucinich, like David Icke is the British Alex Jones.
The fakes on the outer edges of both left and right fringes are there as classic gatekeepers. Fuck em all!
to be honest, I haven’t posted about Eustace Mullins, simply because, to my embarrassment, I haven’t read either of his books Mullins on the Federal Reserve nor his updated in 1983 version Secrets of the Federal Reserve.
A reader here visited your website and suggested I would like it. I am going check it out and probably put a link up on my blog roll.
The thing about Social Security . . . its your parents and grandparents who are the beneficiaries. Even if you think its a tax, its not going to teachers in far off schools or highway departments or maintaining prisons. Its going for the income support of your own parents and grandparents. If its not there, who is going to support them? You will.
When I was growing up in the 50′s and 60′s, Social Security was much, much less generous. It was barely a “stipend.”
So Ron Paul is really saying he wants us to go back to that. But thats a fantasy, too, because the younger people don’t have jobs and are moving in with the oldsters who at least have their Social Security income.
Where are we going? So many jobs are gone and never coming back. Social Security is a bulwark against another Great Depression.

Ron Paul Uber-Fans Can suck my b*lls
Thanks, Scott.
And another thing about Social Security. It would be very easy to make it solvent. Simply extend the current Social Security tax as a flat tax on all income above $100,000 a year. The current SS tax stops at about that number, which is ridiculous.
As for money, gold, and banking: The Rothschilds already control it all. The idea of the gold standard is just a ruse to make the ignorant (not a slam, just a fact of not knowing yet) think that a gold standard would fix something. It’s just another big lie.
The torrent of money that the Rothschilds suck out of our country (steal) is monstrously more than most people imagine. We have the greatest country. When we regain control of it, we can easily help Americans prosper medically and in retirement. The Rothschilds, self-described “Jews,” and their network of “Jew” henchmen and nonJew accomplices must be removed from all high positions throughout our society — by application of the law. They’ve taken control by fraud, treason, theft, etc.
Let’s hope our movement makes big progress in the coming year. 2012 should be our victory year.
What the hell is that? Is that a Ron Paul fan suggesting that anyone who doesn’t like Ron is a NAZI? Wow.
Ron Paul’s idea for SS demise amounts to DEATH PANELS for those dependent on SS?
ernieson
I certainly think it would cause massive suffering and probably death in the long run. If they create an “opt out” plan for the younger workers, and if Ron Paul is right about the Social Security fund not being there (he’s not quite accurate about that… otherwise, why would Wall Street want the money?), then the only conclusion is that millions of retired Americans who paid into the system their entire lives, would have nothing in the system to pay them back. Ergo, they would either starve, or try and go back to work.
Does that amount to “death panels” or as Obama calls them “mandatory end of life planning sessions”? I don’t know. I just know it is vicious and possibly one of the most disgusting things I have heard suggested by any politician in at least a week.
No F*cking Joke:
The b*stards took our money, To the tune of maybe 50% of our taxes, when I was doing various electronics jobs.
Now it’s a “tax.” Except they seem to have spent it buying paper from the “Federal Reserve.”
Now they want us to eat cat food. (High quality dog food would be healthier.)
What a f*cking joke! On me, no less.
Let Ron Paul and his idiot followers boil in sh*t in hell!
This poster is an idiot. He asserts Paul will enjoy a nice comfortable retirement with his congressional pension. Not surprisingly, Scott Creighton does no research at all on the matter. Paul is one of 2 who don’t participate in the congressional pension program. Wake up Scott!
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Congressional_pension
oh wow… you mean you found some info on an editable reference source that says sometime in the future Ron Paul won’t take that nice pension? I guess that proves it. I wonder if his son will do the same?
Ron Paul does not participate in the pension plan that Congress offers.
http://web.archive.org/web/20070518101118/http://www.house.gov/paul/press/press97/prjan30.htm
Is Dar the new Mike?
Ron Paul is a fake, like Kucinich on the other side of the fake aisle.
well, I stand corrected.
Seems like Mr. Paul at this point doesn’t take part in the pension system. But then again… you never know what the future holds… this interview from 2007
“Do I have it right that in your years in Congress, you have not taken advantage of the congressional pension system?
That is correct. Of course, you only take advantage [of the pension] when you leave. No, I don’t participate. My wife sometimes asks me about it — the wisdom of all this.
Why don’t you take part in it?
On principle… [i]t’s probably not quite as biased an advantage as it used to be. But when I first went into Congress, it was such a biased system, and so I saw this as an abuse of power, and a privilege that members of Congress should not have. ”
http://www.npr.org/templates/story/story.php?storyId=12224561
So if he doesn’t put his money into a pension fund, you have to wonder why. Maybe he knows he will do better if he just saves his money….. he certainly has not refused the health benefits or his salary or any of the other bonus benefits …..
So he thinks the elderly can do without SS since he might not be putting his money into a pension?
How thoughtful of him.
And then he knows how useless the treasury notes will be….. so why should he put his money into a pension plan?
willyoman,
You are wrong about Ron Paul.
“In 2008, his congressional office returned $58,000 to the Treasury. In 2009, his office returned $90,000. Now, according to an official press release, Dr. Ron Paul’s congressional office has just paid back $100,000.” by Ryan Jaroncyk
We nee more politicians like him in Washington.
Ron Paul 2012!
100% spot on, buddy. That is what that piece of shit Ron Paul is appealing to – that other piece of shit Alex Jones’s “demographic. Let’s get is straight: Ron Paul and Alex Jones are out and out right-wingers; they get people angry so that they cannot think straight and you will find the very people who are benefiting from Social Security arguing against it. Yes, Mr Alex “I am not your SLAVE, I am not going to pay your welfare, I am not your SLAVE, I am not going to pay for your medical care” is an out and out Fascist: “Hey, I am more right-wing than Ghengis Khan”. Let’s kick Ron Paul and his buddy into touch. Utter SCUM!!
you’re absolutely right. What they do is get people thinking they are on the side of the people so they will vote for them and adopt their far-right, libertarian agenda… which is neoliberalism, by the way, just under a different name. It’s the exact same thing that these “centrists” support as well.
Ron Paul 2012!
No, Ron wants to cut spending elsewhere (the peace dividend due with the fall of the USSR, needing less money to military while still maintaining defense) to fund it for those already dependent and let the young who see now how badly government manages money to opt out.
Honestly, the blather you wrote about him…. he supports an investigation into negligence about 9/11 because he thinks it was a white wash and negilgence still exists, hence the underwear bomber. That does NOT make him a truther, but if you happen to be a truther, the fact that he’d be open to reopening what happened makes him the preferable candidate.
Ron Paul ALWAYS voted against raiding social security, it was Clinton who started the practice of pretending the social security pool ‘balanced the budget’ to fund expenditures of the day. It isn’t his fault the system is screwed up. He is the ONLY one with a plan to fix it.
“he supports an investigation into negligence about 9/11 because he thinks it was a white wash and negilgence still exists, hence the underwear bomber.”
bullshit
Ron Paul went on the Alex Jones show prior to an election and stated he would be open to a new investigation to get AJ’s followers to “money bomb” him… and they did.
But just as soon as he had a mainstream media interview that asked him about that, he backtracked faster than a scalded cat.
Every damn Truth advocate meeting and thread was quickly hijacked by the Ron Paul Revolution zealots to the point where it just made people sick of his name. Especially considering Ron turned his back on our cause just as soon as someone from the MSM asked him about his statement.
Ron Paul is a fraud. His policies ARE neoliberalism… look it up.
The ONLY difference between him and Ann Rand supporting Gov of Wisconsin is his CLAIM that he is for withdrawing the troops from needless conflict, yet I have YET to see him filibuster a war funding supplemental to this point… have you? His “no government, all business” policies are the problem of this country, not the solution.
his son is just more obvious about it.
@Willyloman You said that “The ONLY difference between him and Ann Rand supporting Gov of Wisconsin is his CLAIM that he is for withdrawing the troops from needless conflict, yet I have YET to see him filibuster a war funding supplemental to this point… have you? His “no government, all business” policies are the problem of this country, not the solution.” Except that Ron Paul is a congress man, not a Senator which means he does not have the power to filibuster any legislation. So I guess it probably makes sense that you have never seen him filibuster a war funding effort.
Ron paul voted to extend tax cuts for billionaires.
