Ex Treasury Secretary, Henry Paulson, gets taken to the woodshed. Watch him babble and twist as he is absolutely grilled Congressmen Sterns. Of course, it’s all meaningless posturing now; they should have done this to Paulson in early 2008 or at least before everyone rushed to hand the bastard the 750 billion dollar TARP money. But it is still nice to watch them turn on one of their own, even if it is just for show.

Sadly, the taxpayers, their children and their children’s children are the ones raped, continue to be raped and will keep on being raped for some decades to come, all without any lube and without even a breakfast.
It is amazing that the so called “brilliant” persons all have amnesia when it comes to answering questions?
I have a better idea: kick Geithner out. Hell, kick him in the balls, too.
Paulson didn’t deny there was a conflict of interest between his role as Treasury secretary and his affiliation with GS. In fact, he admitted he sought an “ethics waiver”! Boy, these people are so slick they have even managed to “legitimize” being unethical!

My question is: they know nothing will be done, so why bring all this up now? what are they blowing up a smoke screen to hid?
Must be the health care bill….. taking our minds away from the biggest ’steal’ and ’shell’ game on now.
OT:
Rosenker became a Member and the Vice Chairman of the NTSB in March 2003 and became Acting Chairman two years later. He was sworn in as the 11th Chairman of the Safety Board in August 2006, and was renominated by President Bush for a
second term as Chairman in October 2007.
Before joining the Board, Rosenker was Deputy Assistant to the President and Director of the White House Military Office under President George W. Bush. In that capacity, he was traveling with President Bush onboard Air Force One during the events of September 11, 2001. He also held several other federal government and private sector positions during a 40-year career, including 23 years as Vice President, Public Affairs for the Electronic Industries
Alliance.
Any bets that he saw to it that Mike Connell’s plane crash investigation was compromised because of him?
Dave:
Did you notice he tried to mumble exactly WHERE he got the waiver from? I thought that was quite funny; like a 7 year old trying his best to get away with something.
