The time is near at hand which must determine whether Americans are to be free men or slaves.
George Washington
Over the course of the past 60 years, great leaders and average men have suffered and perished for the cause of liberty and equality all across this nation and the world. Leaders who attempted to reform the corrupt foundations of their savage-capitalist systems were falsely accused, imprisoned, or simply killed, to make way for the new robber-barons of the global elite.
The campaign for “democracy” is a war to spread slave-wages to millions and unrestricted free-market profits to a few.
Slavery is no longer a question of owning the man, but rather subjugating his dreams as well as the reality that bears them out.
They no-longer seek to enslave races…now they enslave nations. But a growing number of opposition will not lay down and the servants of the system will not back down.
I have contacted a member of this organization and we will be presenting the Replace Pelosi Petition during one of these events in DC along with other members of this action.

The Replace Pelosi Petition is located here.
Please read it, and if you agree that the time has come for us to start taking back this democracy before it is gone, sign it.

There is a new important study of physical evidence from the WTC just released by the combined efforts of 8 researchers, 5 of whom hold PhDs.
Headed by the efforts of Dr. Stephen Jones, this peer reviewed paper details the scientific study of evidence collected from the site of the World Trade Center. Specifically, the paper addresses the discovery of micro-spheres in the WTC dust collected at the scene.
“The formation of molten spheres with high iron contents along with other species in the WTC dust required extremely high temperatures. Our results are compared with those of other laboratories. The temperatures required for the molten sphere-formation and evaporation of materials as observed in the WTC dust are significantly higher than temperatures associated with the burning of jet fuel and office materials in the WTC buildings.” (From the Abstract of the paper “Extremely high temperatures during the WorldTradeCenter destruction” byDr. Stephen Jones, et al.)
Brad Friedman of BradBlog, has a great article pointing out the rather un-progressive (regressive?) behavior displayed Markos Moulitsas of the DailyKos. Apparently “Kos” has suggested that anyone looking into the very real issues of the “faith based” voting systems and their problems so far this primary season, are doing so based on their “irrational” Hillary-hatred.
You will notice that the DailyKos link is now gone from this site.
John Edwards is pulling out of the presidential primary race. His populist “anti-corporate / pro-middle class” message is silenced for the last time by one of the largest lobbying interests in the country; the corporate media.
The MSM and the 5 companies that control all of the public airwaves these days, are major campaign contributors, giving an estimated 10 million per year to politicians and PACs.
The State of the Union Bush Forgot to Talk About (Huffpo article here )
by Sen. Bernie Sanders
I listened intently to President Bush’s State of the Union speech. Frankly, I had a hard time understanding what country he was talking about, what reality he was talking about. Certainly, if the “state of the union” refers to what is happening to the shrinking middle class of this country, and how we as a people are doing, the president had almost nothing to say that rang true. In fact, the speech just reminds us once again how far removed from the reality of ordinary life this president is, and how little he and his administration know about what is going on with the vast majority of Americans.
I was so moved by this article, I felt I should put part of it up here and a link to the rest of it. This is the state of our ‘democracy” in a nut shell.
The Dennis Kucinich campaign was destroyed by the corporate media for trying to represent the public interest.
At the start of his campaign, corporate media did not cover Kucinich because he refused to take the bribes. The transnational investors who own corporate media, or represent its interests on corporate boards, or advertise in it for control, do not trust anyone to be president who does not take the bribes.
Here is a public servant who is clearly looking for a way out. Something big that forces his hand and allows him to say “the people demanded it, it was out of my hands”. In the end of this 4 minute video, he says, impeachment is “NOT OFF THE TABLE”. I say we give him that way out by pressuring Pelosi or removing her from the Speaker seat. That might just give them the edge they need to say we forced their hand.
(CBS) To many, it seemed quixotic, in a season where so much attention is showered on prospective presidents-to-be, to raise flags about a lame duck.
But John Nirenberg, who has called for hearings into the conduct of President George W. Bush and Vice President Dick Cheney, with the possibility of impeachment, says rescuing America’s standing in the world demands it.
David Swanson has an excellent article on his site about the corporate owned media trying to stick-it to Congressman Kucinich for standing up to their greedy interests in the run-up to the election. They are trying to muscle him out of office by backing a “yes man” candidate to take his seat.
Please help this honest man stay in the House of Representatives. Republican and democrat alike must respect his candor as well as his tenacity.
from Swanson’s article ;
“On Sunday, another major media corporation, The (Cleveland) Plain Dealer newspaper, followed the lead established by the national media, and demanded that Dennis Kucinich should be removed from his office as Congressman in the 10th District of Ohio. Why? “his defiance” of Congressional go-along, get-along policies.
It’s time fight back against the powers that are trying to steal your power as citizens of the United States of America. http://kucinich.us/contribute.html
