How to Declare the Speaker Seat Vacant.

Posted by willyloman on October 29, 2007

by Scott Creighton

In the previous article “Remove the Obstacles of Impeachment” I detailed the reasoning as to why it is imperative that we remove the Speaker of the U.S. House of Representatives, Nancy Pelosi, from that position in order to begin impeachment proceedings against the Vice President and the President of the United States of America.

Based in a large part on the statements made by Representative Diane Watson in a public forum, as well as Pelosi’s own comments about taking impeachment “off the table”, I argued that it would appear that Pelosi is, in fact, working behind the scenes with the Democratic members of the House to use the current situation in the upcoming election cycle to gain more seats in the House, and there-by keep her seat as Speaker. You can find the video of Watson’s statements and my argument, in the earlier article “Watson Lays out Pelosi’s Reason to Suppress Impeachment!“.

This article is an attempt to show that, yes, the Speaker can be removed AT ANY TIME by the members of the House, and how that is accomplished.

Remove the Obstacles of Impeachment.

Posted by willyloman on October 28, 2007

 by Scott Creighton

In the event of a rogue presidency, the founders of this great nation provided for protections for the citizens under the constitution in the form of a process called impeachment. Though rarely spoken, the word itself holds great power in that it binds the president and his entire administration to the laws of the nation and makes them all accountable to the people.

As a constant threat, impeachment forces the president and his administration to work within the confines of our system of checks and balances.

Without it, there is no limit to what a president can do.

Though the process has rarely been used, it has never been needed or justified as much as it is right now.

Yet, Nancy Pelosi began her term as Speaker of the House of Representatives by announcing “Impeachment was off the table”, thus giving the corrupt president a free hand in his last two years in office. Read the rest of this entry »

When Tens of Thousands Take to the Streets!

Posted by willyloman on October 28, 2007

The only MSM coverage that I found about any of the protests was the BBC, here. So I want to do my part this Sunday morning and let you guys know that people are trying out there! Tons more photos at a Yahoo photos site, here.

Mike Carano, who organised a march in Ohio, told Reuters news agency: “This is across-the-country sentiment about ending the occupation, redirecting funds for needs in this country, our attempt to get Congress to stand up and have its prerogative to cut funding, to take charge.”

Alex Jone’s “Endgame” at Informed Dissent

Posted by willyloman on October 27, 2007

We are on the verge of a global transformation. All we need is the right major crisis and the nation’s will accept the New World Order”

David Rockefeller

For those of you who think this is as simple as Carl Rove or Dick Cheney, I have news for you; The Democrat verses Republican divide is a diversion. You are not going to be “saved” in 2008 by any election. You know the candidates are being systematically removed that certain groups want out; and the “shoe in” candidates are gladly keeping their mouths shut about it.

Watch Alex Jone’s Endgame! A thoughtful, well researched expose on what is happening behind the power structures that we know about; in dark, unseen places, behind closed doors. Is this how we want critical decisions to be made in the future of this country? Informed Dissent.

What has FEMA Become?

Posted by willyloman on October 27, 2007

 by Scott Creighton

Earlier this week, on Tuesday, FEMA staged a live “news” conference for their fake press to ask questions of Vice Adm. Harvey E. Johnson, the agency’s deputy director. The agency only gave the real press outlets a 15 minutes “heads up” on the conference, so they gave them a 1-800 number that they could listen in on, but not ask questions. The “questions” would be coming from FEMA employees “acting” as independent reporters. It was a lie, a fraud, designed to “control the message”, the new euphemism for “spin”, which was the old talking point for “lie”. (the NYT story here)

So we take a step back and say that yet again, another agency under this administration is lying to the American people about the circumstances surrounding their handling of the aftermath of another disaster. And we are, yet again, doing nothing about it.

So let’s take a look back at exactly what FEMA has meant in the past by “controlling the message” and what it has meant for the people they are tasked to protect.

A Man of My Word

Posted by willyloman on October 23, 2007

Mike Gravel wrote supporters of his to inform them why he will not be included in the Oct. 30th NBC Democratic Debate. It was also posted on the Huffington Post. What follows is my personal correspondence with Chuck Todd NBC News Political Director. It is as it was written word for word. He admits they did it to set “standards” for inclusion to the debate; NBC News and the DNC. My emails were respectful and compelling, yet he says “we agree to disagree”.  I promised him I would put the word out to as many people as I could about this, and I am a man of my word. So here it is, in its entirety. Including his email address, if you feel so inclined to drop him a line.

Zero Accountability: The Effects of Trickle Down Greed

Posted by willyloman on October 23, 2007

by Scott Creighton

Milton Friedman’s lifelong ambition of seeing his “Brick” slammed squarely on the heads of the American taxpayer is coming to fruition. Punitive capitalism, a system that punishes the citizens (i.e. The criminal middle and working classes like you and me and 298 million other Americans),  in it’s grasp for not being CEO’s or from filthy rich families, is alive and well and being savagely defended in the United States by right wing pundits and quietly supported by left wing candidates, everyday.

Rampant corruption thrives under this administration since 9/11. Actually, one day before. A little known story that broke on Sept. 10th 2001 was eaten up by the media blitz that started at 8:45am the day after. The Secretary of Defense spoke to the media about a record corruption investigation that showed some 2.3 trillion dollars had “gone missing” from the department of defense.

“And Nothing for the Poor!”- Cafferty File

Posted by willyloman on October 23, 2007

Jack Caffferty is becoming one of the most outspoken critics of this administration!

This video is an excellent example of his straight forward evaluation of the priorities of BushCo. Something worth watching!

Notice how Wolf tries to chime in at the end with the “people are getting angry out there” after Jack reads the emails from the viewers.

You’re Goddamn right we’re angry out here!

We want our fucking country back.

Watson Lays out Pelosi’s Reason to Suppress Impeachment!

Posted by willyloman on October 21, 2007

  by Scott Creighton

Representative Diane Watson commits to indorse impeachment in this video, but that is not the news flash we need to get out there! She also lays out an ulterior motive for House Speaker Nancy Pelosi not aggressively seeking impeachment proceedings against the Vice President and the President; subsequently exposing Pelosi’s own desire to remain Speaker of the House!

Bill Maher interviews Naomi Klein: the Shock Doctrine

Posted by willyloman on October 20, 2007

Excellent short interview about the subject matter of the book, but again he is mildly disrespectful to start and then at the finish. I wonder if he would imply that Linda Cheney was “high” just because she was live via satellite from Amsterdam? Not once, but twice.
